Great business team location!

We were in town for a convention and enjoyed the convenience of being close to Ybor restaurants and the convention center. The property is clean and well decorated and the host is great!

The Best Experience

Everything about this stay and property was FABULOUS! The property was as advertised and the well stocked. We spent the Christmas holiday there and can’t wait to stay again. It’s close to everything you need in Ybor.

Bachelorette weekend

This home was perfect for our small group. Within walking distance to all the festivities but still on a nice quiet street. We’ll maintained and cared for home. Would stay again!

So many thoughtful touches!

Host is extremely responsive and very helpful. Lots of tiny touches that make this one of the most well appointment VRBOs we've stayed in. Location was wonderful.....we couldn't have been more pleased!

Great Stay!

House was very clean with lots of amenities. The host was very responsive as well. The location is perfect walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Ybor City is a must visit area.

Great location super close to 7th Ave in Ybor. Communication with property manager was superb. Plenty of space for 3 friends in town for a football game. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely

This property is perfectly outfitted for guests. Well worth the price, it met every expectation. The nearby Casa Santa Stefano resturant and the trolly into town for concert were the icing on the cake!

Great property for our business team

We enjoyed this beautifully renovated townhome and it's convenience as it relates to the Tampa Convention Center and Ybor restaurants. Kainen is a responsive host and was timely and accomodating.

Excellent Home Away From Home

The Roosted Retreat was the perfect home away from home for Thanksgiving! It had everything we needed to have our family and a couple of friends over for dinner! It is in the perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants! The house was well furnished and equipped with items! The host even provided shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toilet tissue and garbage bags! How awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Don't Judge a book by its cover

The neighborhood was a little scary at first being surrounded by the typical downtown and the neighboring houses were not as nice as this one BUT when you open the door YOU WILL BE AMAZED because the place was ABSOLUTELY spotless and WELL built. Once we settled in IT was SUPER quiet and the neighborhood had NO issues. Will definitely stay here AGAIN...

Beautiful, comfortable get away

This place was exactly as described, probably even better. Clean, fresh, new and every detail thoughtfully executed. Four of us stayed, but 6 or even 8 would have been comfortable. Loved sitting on the upper and lower porches. Would stay here again! Great location, able to walk to all spots in Ybor City. Columbia Restaurant and Casa Santo Stefano right around the corner for delicious lunch or dinner.

Wonderful property and location

We fell in love with this place! We were incredibly impressed with all of the little details that made our stay that much better (i.e drinks in the fridge upon arrival, coffees, extra paper towels, qtips, the softest TP ever). This is one of the best stocked vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Plus you can walk everywhere in ybor city while staying on a safe and quiet street. The street parking was easy (even with two cars) and we were a quick drive to everywhere we needed to go outside of ybor. Excellent vacation rental!

Tampa Bay Blues Festival

3 couples so the layout worked very well for three effective en-suite’s. The free trolley made both downtown and Ybor City nightly walkable. We were about 35-60 minutes from St Petersburg depending on traffic.

Football Game

My family and I made a trip to Tampa for a football game. The house was great but the area was a little sketchy in a few directions. But the walk to 7th Ave was fine and seemed like a great place to hang if we didn’t have kids with us.

Very Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at the house in Tampa. Everything was very clean and well done. It is close to 7th Street which has a lot of food, bars, and other shops (be sure to check out the James Joyce Irish Pub only a few blocks away). Also near the free streetcar system that will take you into downtown Tampa and a couple of the sports arenas. The only negative is that a couple of blocks near the house are a little rundown and you do have to park on the street. We had no issues with parking or any issues with the neighborhood, but it could be a limited concern for some. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic space.

Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen well laid out and well stocked. Interior design was well done and bedrooms were very comfortable. Easy access to Ybor and Tampa. Would definitely stay again.

Tampa Trip

Our experience was very positive. You never know what to expect when you try something for the first time. This property has been very well done Great amenities very clean decor is exceptional we felt so comfortable while there the host has thought of everything. Nothing is perfect though, an extra day at 50% off was offered but I wanted a late check out but was denied. But I would stay here again no hesitation and the price point was perfect.

Great place to stay!

Booked this property while in town for a comedy show and was very pleased. This property is very spacious, beautifully decorated and well organized. I appreciated the make-up rags, coffee selection and drinks left for us. Scooters were available to rent in front of the home and everything in Ybor was available within a few minutes ride or walk. Communication with the property manager was amazing as well.

An amazing Ybor experience!

My group of seven loved our weekend here! A great property with plenty of space and amazing amenities. Super easy and super accessable parking. Well within walking distance of all of the best Ybor has to offer, including bars, restaurants, and other entertainment. I can't wait to spend another weekend at this property!!!

Gorgeous Ybor City Townhome

Beautifully remodeled townhome two blocks from the main strip in Ybor. Plenty of room and privacy for three couples and one child. Quiet neighborhood within view all that Ybor has to offer, and close to the interstate for access to all of the Tampa Bay area. Owner was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
