Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available 🚕, and major roads provide quick access to Downtown Tampa, Bayshore Boulevard, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, and Tampa International Airport. On-site parking makes exploring by car simple, whether you’re heading to the beach, catching a game, or discovering local attractions.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following important information:



Pre-Arrival Requirements:

• A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival.

• You will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This process cannot be completed in person.



Damage Waiver Program:

• Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only (e.g., linens, towels, wine). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.



🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



Supplies & Laundry:

• Initial linens and towels are provided. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh towels. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities or nearby laundry may be available (fees may apply).

• Additional supplies (e.g., toiletries, paper products) may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Nearby stores are easily accessible if you run out.



Pack 'n Play:

• Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, please request one at the time of booking to confirm availability. Not all listings include them.



Lost & Found:

• If personal items are are left behind and requested for return, guests are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.



Hurricane Season:

• If you book during hurricane season (July - November), we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. We do not issue refunds for any weather-related issues.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy a private and undisturbed stay with self check-in. The host is available remotely for any questions or assistance needed during your visit.
