Our stay was beyond 5 star. Our trip to Tampa was a bit unusual as we were there for my surgery at Tampa General. The townhouse was only 9 mins from the hospital (quick drive for my family), but more importantly it was so clean. I was apprehensive staying at a rental post surgery as you never know personal standards of cleanliness, but this place was incredibly clean. Lastly, the quick responses from Robbie made the experience even better. I booked the townhome about 2 months in advance and with all the stress of the surgery I was worried something would go wrong, but he was very much on top of everything. So grateful for this beautiful place to relax and recover a few days post op and so grateful to the kind hosts!!! I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again if I find myself needing to return for any reason. Thank you Robbie!

The host was very responsive, allowed us to check in early, helped when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat, and was willing to send someone to fix it. 5/5 stars!!

Great stay!

We loved our stay! Space is exactly as pictured and was clean upon arrival. The host provided great communication before arriving and we had no issues or concerns during our stay. The location is near an active road, but wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend and would seek out this place for future Tampa stays. Thanks for a great week!

Fantastic Condo

This is a fantastic place. It’s incredibly spacious, it’s decorated beautifully. All the appliances are new. It’s very comfortable and it’s very secure. The property owners were extremely responsive, especially for the check-in and checkout process. The checkout process was super easy as they didn’t ask for me to do a lot before check out. There are two convenient parking spaces in the back of the building with a nice gated area to sit at outside. Very close to armature works in the downtown area as well as the River Walk. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Convenient, and Well-Organized!

Our stay was nothing short of excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was. Check-in was a breeze, making the whole process seamless and stress-free.The location was perfect—just minutes away from fantastic restaurants and Busch Gardens, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Having two dedicated parking spaces was a huge plus, especially in such a convenient area.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

Amazing townhouse!

We had such a great stay here! Communication with the host was top tier and we really felt like we were at home while we were in Tampa on business. The parking in back was a great addition. Close to down town, clean, organized and all in all a great stay- we will be back whenever we’re back in town!

Clean safe and close to everything.

This property was everything we needed and more. We stayed for 1 night before a cruise. We walked to Armature for a fun afternoon and got a quick Uber to the cruise port. We will definitely consider booking again when in the Tampa area.

Family 90's Cruise

We really enjoyed the location of the property. It was conveniently close to food in the area and corner stores within walking distance. Frat Stay

We attended our International Fraternity National meeting at the Convention Center. The condo was located conviently to the center and provided a respite after meetings. It was exceptionally clean and well furnished. We enjoyed it immensely!

Stayed at this property and it was very nice and very clean and good parking. The only minor draw back it to make one of the bedrooms have two double beds. Overall, very satisfied and would go back john

Tampa - Came for a hockey game and stayed for all the fun

I loved the condo plenty of room, for everyone, beautifully decorated, well cared. We were very comfortable. We parked in the back a very convenient private off street parking. The location was perfect for going out to dinner in Tampa, and a couple of minutes to get to our hockey game at Amelie. We were able to day trip up to Fort DeSoto and walk the beaches in the sun. Then one day we went to Ybor Village lots of fun and authentic cuban food, during the Gaspirilla Festival. We would go back and stay at here again in a heart beat. 5 stars all the way!
