A 3-bedroom, 2-bath Ybor City home for up to 12, with a dedicated game room, a fully fenced yard and private parking for 3 vehicles. Ybor's restaurants and nightlife are a 3-minute walk, downtown Tampa and Amalie Arena 6 minutes by car.

Emperor Castle is the entire downstairs unit of a well-kept two-unit building in Ybor City, with its own entry, exit and rear parking lot. The open-concept living and dining area flows straight into the kitchen, so the group stays together. When the evening moves indoors, the dedicated game room takes over.

2 full baths for up to 12 guests. Bathroom 1 has his-and-hers sinks and a walk-in shower; Bathroom 2 has a shower/tub combo. Clean towels and toiletries are provided.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: the entire downstairs unit of a two-unit home in Ybor City; the upstairs unit is a separate, independent rental. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am, and we ask you to respect the neighbors.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 12. A king and a queen room each with a bunk bed, plus a third bedroom with three beds.
★ Pets: up to 3 welcome, $150 per pet, disclosed and approved before arrival. Service animals stay at no charge. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests; $15 per person per night above 8. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a signed rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Beach gear: chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing.
