Very beautiful home and well maintained. Check in was easy and correspondence with the host was good. Had a couple initial issues but each was handled well. The pool and hot tub offer great privacy.

The host was very welcoming and responsive. The amenities were great and, for the few issues we had while we were there for a month, the local handyman and pool person responded within hours.

Graduation trip

We came for my neices graduation and it was the ideal choice. We were able to accommodate everyone host a small gathering and relax.The manager Vida was responsive and so kind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were chairs and umbrellas that we took to the beach. There were family games like jenga.I would say that my family really enjoyed themselves as the kids stayed in the pool daily.

Its ok but not what we expected

We enjoyed our vacation but it could have been better. We were staying for a week and the main reason we booked was for the "newly updated pool & spa". Once we arrived to the villa we discovered that the pool and hot tub were empty & being worked on. Contacted the manager who said it be ready following morning. Needless to say that wasnt the case and we had no pool for the first 2 days but then stumbled upon the issue there was no water pressure to fill the pool once it was fixed and plumber had to come out. Then after that the pool was finally being filled with the water from the garden hose and therefore would take multiple days to heat up making it still unswimmable for our trip so I asked the manager to heat it for free to offset this. Which the manager pleasantly agreed to do. Then we had bug issues in the master bedroom and all the bathrooms but it looked as tho they were aware of the issue as there were bug traps in the room under the bed and in the bathrooms. And just when you think it cant get worse it does! There was trash piled in the back that wasnt cleaned up for the entire stay and just sat there. Then the contractors tore out BOTH SETS OF REAR EXITS and didnt even replace with temp stairs for the remainder of our stay leaving no rear exit/entrance which is beyond a huge Safety and Fire Issue! Then the demo from the stairs was just left there and my son ended up stepping on a nail! I wish vrbo let us put pics in reviews to help warn others!

Great place!

Beautiful well maintained house. Pool and hot tub area was amazing . Very clean. Entire house was well stocked. Quiet safe neighborhood. Close to many neat attractions. House was everything it was said to be and more !! We would recommend this home to anyone /everyone.

Work trip

Everything was great for our stay. We were in the area for a trade show which meant long hours standing in a booth. It was great to get back to the house and wind down in the pool and hot tub. We also found a lot of wonderful restaurants within close proximity to the house which made it conviemient for us to freshen up and go eat. The neighborhood is quiet which we appreciated but we felt comfortable having a drink on the back patio late in the evening before bed

The house was fine but when we checked in there were several things that we found should have been caught by the management. The worse thing was that we had to spray for ants in the house every day. They were in every room including getting on some of the beds. We also had to pay to do laundry. I have rented alot of houses for vacation and this is a first. Also several evenings after 11:00 there was no water pressure at all making it impossible to take a shower, get ice or a drink of water. The shower in the Master bedroom closest to the Family room the shower did not drain.

Two weeks of much needed warm weather :-)

We were very satisfied with the layout of the house. It accommodated all of us with adequate sleeping space, and was a very nice layout. We all loved the pool, and the open space behind the house. The golf course was no longer a course, but the area was mowed and allowed a nice area to go for walks and enjoy the out doors. The manager and owner were very attentive to all of our needs to fix a few light bulbs etc. and we loved the neighborhood. It was very quiet and more residential and it was easy to access groceries, golf courses, and beaches in the area.

Incredible Christmas

It was amazing! We only had a small issue but the owners and property manager are so on the ball a disaster was averted. We were grilling and ran out of gas, I was going to get more and there was no propane anywhere, but they actually had it taken care of because they had extras. It just doesn’t get better than that!!!!!! Thank you !!

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful property! The house itself is located in a nicely manicured, quiet neighborhood, but less than 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The pool and hot tub were perfect for my wife and two young children (4 and almost 2 years old) - so many great memories were made swimming with them! The inside of the house is large. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Einav and Ron were fantastic hosts. They showed the utmost concern that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We hope to return to this property or another one of their properties in the future.

Amazing property.

My family and I had an awesome time. It is SO much bigger than what is shown in the photos. You will never find a more responsive host. Pool was amazing. Location was amazing. They even had wine, chocolates and music upon your arrival. I will definitely be staying again

Amazing house

The house was great with a very large open family room/kitchen. The pool and hot tub was perfect and really made our trip. You could not ask for a more responsive property manager. Having 2 master bedrooms was great.
