Amazing hosts and the property

This property is located on a small lake side. The views are beautiful. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners have done great job landscaping the area. We were happened to stay there during the both hurricane Helene and Milton. During Milton, power went out for 5 days but hosts made sure we were comfortable. They provided hurricane kit and gave us accurate information about impact it would in the area. We left one week earlier than anticipated stay and owner refunded for that week. We would love to come back again and hope to see Steve and Annette in future.

Wonderful

This was one of the best rentals that I have dealt with in all my years of booking houses for vacation. The little canal and private lake made the experience worth every cent spent. Annette and Steve were the best hosts I have ever had, we had an issue and they came right over and took care of it. They were very welcoming to my ESA animals and made our stay very welcoming. I will definitely book again if my need arises. Thank you so much for the relaxing time during such a difficult time (was there for my Grandma's funeral).

Quiet, peaceful stay.

Perfect place for my little family to stay over Christmas while we visited my family. This is not an area that has been overrun with development and traffic. We sat outside a lot, and I heard one siren the entire time we were there (a week), and it was distant. Lots of nature sounds! The house is clean and cozy and very well stocked with anything you need to cook, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and even fishing rods and reels and tackle. The beds were all comfortable and cozy. The owners don't have rules regarding adjusting the thermostat! We like it colder, and some owners restrict that. It is very, very quiet and peaceful!! Speaking of the owners, they were very easy to work with, and they answer messages quickly. I wish we could have met them! (We met Steve briefly in passing, as we were running late to a family gathering). They also set up a Christmas tree and other decorations throughout the whole house as well as Christmas lights outside. Our son was thrilled!! Our dog enjoyed running laps around the huge tree in the backyard and jumping over the exposed roots lol There's also a dog park right up the street, but we didn't use it. We can't wait to stay here again the next time we visit!

Second times a charm!

This was our second stay at this property and we love it. Great location and very comfortable home. We like to cycle so we were close to the Suncoast parkway and also close to Flatwoods park. The house is centrally located with easy access to shopping etc. Fishing off the dock was good too! Nice yard with beautiful calidiums. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing and serene

The house was perfect for our needs. We needed to be near Moffit Cancer Center for my nieces radiation treatments. She really enjoyed coming back to the house after treatment and spending time on the lanai and in the yard. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. I give the house and hosts a 5 star.

Wonderful getaway in Lutz.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was super comfortable. The back yard on the lake was pristine. Nice landscaping and very well taken care of. The home is well stocked with everything needed. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating. I highly recommmend this property. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful hidden gem in Lutz!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The owners have it stocked with everything you could possibly need and were very accommodating. There is a very nice workspace set up with desk, desk chair, and very reliable internet service that made my husband very happy as he worked remotely. Perfect location close to North Tampa, but tucked away in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Amazing backyard to relax and enjoy the canal. Nice dog park and nature trails just 2 blocks away that we walked to daily. I honestly can't say enough about this rental. We were so comfortable there, we are going to miss it, the neighborhood, and all the great people we met!

Beautiful place and quite

Hosts were very helpful and friendly. They are not far away so if you need anything, they are quick to respond. Place is clean with all the amenities you need. On quite street with screened in patio to see the canal and water fowl. Short distance to Tampa and not too far from many hiking trails and the ocean. 5 stars all around

peace and solitude.

We have rented several houses in Fl. Nothing can compare to the beautiful home we rented in Lutz Fl This home is very spacious and decorated nicely. Our favorite part is the kitchen and the screened porch. The yard is landscaped beautifully. From most rooms you see the water way. the gazebo is awesome. We will never rent anywhere else.

Awesome Awesome Awesome

First of all, Steve and Annette are wonderful hosts. We had to extend our stay in Lutz; Steve and Annette were very accommodating. We loved the backyard; the large tree is even more impressive than in the photos. The kids loved fishing in the canal, and we caught several bream, bass, and catfish. The home was very clean and had a country vibe to it. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything one would need to prepare a meal. The home is close to any store you would need and minutes from many popular restaurants. It is just a short drive away from popular attractions such as Busch Gardens and Raymond James stadium. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Extended Stay in Tampa

Thank you so much for providing us with such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in the Tampa area. The house was conveniently located to area attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. The beautiful backyard with exceptional wildlife truly made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We also deeply appreciated how attentive and helpful you were during our stay. Amazing Home and Fabulous Owners

My husband and I stayed at this home for over a month and the House and Property were beautiful. Great views to relax and view the water. Gorgeous landscaping and many places to unwind. The home was equipped with EVERYTHING you could need. Every type of kitchen supply and generous Towels, blankets and sheets. Property is in a quiet neighborhood but minutes away from shopping and destinations. The owners were always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend this home and when we are in the area again - we will look to book here again.

A Piece of Paradise

The house was great, comfortable and Annette filled the kitchen with everything a gourmet chef could want. Almost every room has a view of the water, very peaceful. Beautiful photographs taken by Annette can be seen threwout the house. Steve is a landscaper, you can tell by what he has done ....Beautiful. We are coming back next year

Beautiful in Every Way!

It is my pleasure to be the first to review this property. My family and I were in need of a safe place to stay while attending my grandmother's funeral in Tampa FL. We booked this place unsure exactly what we would get and were so pleased with everything from A-Z. Annette and Steve were very communicative from the moment we booked, before we even arrived and made sure everything was easy for us to settle in. The owners have thought of everything you can need including fully stocked cabinets in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, extra linens and games for kids. The attention to detail that these homeowners have is evident and they truly show it by leaving thorough notes for your regarding the home and its amenities. The backyard is so peaceful and overlooks the water where you can find several types of birds swimming and playing. The place was clean, comfortable and so relaxing we didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a lakeside retreat. We sure needed it! Thank you Annette and Steve!
