Overall a cute little place to stay. Cleanliness wasn’t bad at all. Some old cobwebs in the kitchen but we took them down with the broom. Owner was easy to work with and We were able to check in a little early due to being a little ahead of schedule. Communication was great. Was perfect for our one night stay!

Inside clean. But outside?

The inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. The property is priced correctly for the inside. But the backyard needs some work. I won't go into the details to give the owner an opportunity to correct it.

The location was great. It was definitely a short drive to everywhere we had to go. The neighborhood wasn’t as great. My only problem with the inside of the house is that some of the bed sheets were stained.

Great spot in a nice area

The house had lots of rooms, was very clean, and it was in a really nice spot. The property manager had excellent communication, and was very responsive to questions. I definitely recommend it.

Got what we paid for

The house is fine and there really is a lot of space, but very little to no amenities. Thankfully we had friends in the area and they brought a coffee maker and cleaning supplies

In Tampa for a wedding.

It’s an older house in a neighborhood of older houses, but has been completely remodeled inside as a rental. Basic and clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy to get around. It is right beside I-275 but the roadway is elevated so you’re not really hearing traffic when in the house. I thought the beds were very comfortable.

Overall a great stay

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house since we went to Tampa to be outside. There must be places where insects are entering the house since we saw a few roaches. We used the house as a place to go to sleep so overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed Tampa.

Disappointed

The house was not clean and there were cockroachs by the front door and the bedrooms. We literally walked in and walked back out and got a hotel.

Works in a pinch, otherwise keep looking.

Ad was deceiving. Communication with property manager was frustrating at best. Spare yourself the grief and keep looking.

Tampa stay

The size of the property was very nice, but there were no wash cloths and only one towel for each guest. Also minimal utensils and pots and pans for cooking We appreciated the comfortable beds, how easy it was to use the shower, how clean the place was, but one bed was very uncomfortable. Be wary of the neighborhood. It’s considered a bit unsafe to go out at night. know Tina's bed wasn't comfortable)

Tampa stay

Inside was ok. Needs more kitchen stuff. For example , there wasn’t a can opener. Coffee pot needs an upgrade also. Yard had downed tree limbs everywhere. Yard has a lot of potential if owners invested some money in the property, it could be really nice.

This place is a dump. Should be 0 stars

We arrived 3 hours after check in time, the cleaning person was still there with her young children. We returned 30 minutes later to find dirty sheets, trash in the yard and a dirty refrigerator. Of coures the owner claims the house was in perfect condition.

VRBO Scam

Never received a welcome email and the property owner is listing a house that they don’t own. Not a good first time impression with VRBO. I will be very hesitant about using VRBO again anytime soon or recommending VRBO to a friend. I do want to shout out Basam for his efforts in resolving this issue in a very timely manner.

The pictures were not accurate to the condition of home. We left early to go stay somewhere else. We found a couple cockroaches and the house was not appropriately stocked. It was very disappointing.

DO NOT STAY

The property looks like a bad neighborhood. My nephew was afraid to stay and I did not feel my brand new car was safe. You have to park on the street. No parking in driveway available. There is no living room. We stayed 30 minutes and decided to leave. The host refuses to refund me.

Don’t just don’t

Walked in to broken furniture and cockroaches. Back yard was disgusting. Beds were like hospital beds. Water and ice machine didn’t work in fridge. No shampoo or body wash like described in listing. How is deceiving in the photos. Don’t stay here ever!

Our one night stay

We didn’t get checked in till late after being at Busch Gardens all day. I specifically booked a home not a hotel so our family could stay comfortably and make dinner. Check in was easy, parking was private. I tried to make dinner, thankfully I brought almost everything I needed. But every pot and pan, every fork every plate was dirty. I had to wash everything in their kitchen in order to cook. No trash bags, a crappy little coffee maker but no filters. No can opener I could continue. But the point is made. They really need to hire a different housekeeper and stock that home for actual use.

Do NOT stay here!

This property was completely a disaster. Upon our arrival we were greeted with trash and broken glass in the front and back yard. Not safe for our little kids to be in at all. When you get in the property you’re smacked in the face with an overwhelming stench of some sort of smoke and a horribly strong room spray. The floors were filthy, as well as the rest of the unit. Horrible

Had to park in the street to open a gate. Broken glass in yard/parking spot. Garbage was overflowing and smelled like a dead animal. Air conditioner did not work. House was 83 degrees and a/c compressor was frozen. Property manager would not answer my call or return my call. Never sent anyone to fix air unit. Had to book a hotel very late at night and most were booked up with no vacancy. Now i am waiting on a refund.

Wouldn’t recommend

The place was in a relatively good location, consuming wise. A family dollar and grocery store is just down the street and its only a few minutes away by car to restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. The property itself includes no private parking, and the laundry is outside in a shed like addition to the house in the yard which is “protected” by a fence in pretty poor condition. Our ultimate concern was the safety of the property. Every lock on each door was the same which resulted in our great concern with the doors leading to the backyard. The main bedroom has a door accessing the yard, felt really unsafe there especially. The house just seems overall weakly put together. No cable, live tv was a bad option and never really live. Also no real living room area so most of the time my family spent time separately in our rooms, so not ideal at all. Had an ant problem as well so that added to the cleanliness issue, as well as possible bed bugs and some roaches we had to kill. We survived the week but unfortunately wouldn’t recommend others try to.

Stay Far Away From Here

Well to start off when we entered the house it was 90 degrees since the AC unit was not working. We were greeted by a Broken Dryer on the back porch. We tried to contact the host but were provided with a Columbian number ( I do not have international calling or texting ). And a slow response on Vrbo messaging. They said they would send someone out to check the AC unit but in that time the house was getting hotter ( up to 92 degrees by the time we said no more ). We tried to entertain our 2 year old while waiting but it got too hot and we found a bunch of broken glass by the back porch steps... NOT Friendly... The water was brown in the toilets and no soap except for at the Kitchen sink. Nothing was comfortable about the property so we left... There was 3 forks and 2 glasses in the cabinets. The place looked like they hadn't check on it in a while. Unfortunately I had booked this place before HONEST reviews had come out. I will be requesting a FULL refund since we didn't even spend the night and there was no way they would have been able to fix the AC ( it sounded dead after turning off for 30 minutes and turning it back on ).
