House was nice and clean and quite well maintained inside. The pool itself was very well maintained however the pool area and general yard was a long way past needing maintenance with all of the pavers badly subsided and in poor repair. The house inside was nice and clean and looked awesome on the surface. However when we arrived at 5 pm the thermometer inside stated 81f. We contacted the managers and they stated the ac couldn’t cope with the heat. There was also only 2 sun beds which they immediately rectified stating the previous renter had broken the Loungers. This was great service however for a house sleeping 12 there was only ever 4 sun beds and only room for 4. The rest of the house was clean and fresh however lacked basic furnishings. There were no bedside cabinets. No USB plugs. No alarm /clocks. No bedside lights. Each bedroom had a bed and a drawer unit. Some had a built in wardrobe however the downstairs master had no storage at all meaning my wife and I spent 2 weeks with our clothes laid out on our suitcases. Not great, and needed to mess around with phones and adaptors and long cables to have any clock near a bed. These seem like small issues but they are also simple home comforts that are annoying to have missing. My summary would be that it’s a. Nice clean house with a great manager however the ac never worked the whole time and unfortunately it’s clearly put together on a budget. given the cost I would look elsewhere

Peaceful Bliss

From the moment we booked till the moment we left the host communicated with us and made sure our stay was first class! The property was as advertised quiet, comfortable, peaceful and clean. The pool and outdoor area was like our own piece of paradise! Check in and check out was a breeze! Highly recommended this property!

Spectacular place for the holidays!

Wonderful memories were made in this very spacious and immaculate house. Loved the separate levels and open, well stocked kitchen. And everyone enjoyed the lovely pool and outdoor area. Ping pong was also a hit.We would love to visit again soon!

Great home base for Tampa

We brought our family of four and our dog and we enjoyed the location in relationship to the activities we had planned in the Tampa area. It was like a mini compound with the perfect backyard setup. Whether we were lounging or exploring this was a nice base camp. It was also very convenient to local groceries and restaurants.

Beautiful, perfect home for family or friends!

The property was very clean and the response from the owners were always within seconds if I had a question. We had a party of 6 and everyone was comfortable with enough space that really felt like home away from home. The pool was so warm and all the beaches were within driving distance. I took a walk around video and showed all my friends & family & they said it looked beautiful too. It’s close to the airport but I never heard a plane. 5 ⭐️ on the house. 5 ⭐️ on location and 5 ⭐️ on hospitality!!!

Fantastic experience

Best communication I’ve ever had in a rental. Owners incredibly responsive. Had people ranging from 10 y/o to 78 y/o on trip and everyone loved it. House itself was top notch. Furnishings and heated, fabulous pool were all outstanding, as was neighborhood. Ping pong table was added bonus. Close to many attractions we went to such as Busch Gardens, St Pete, Clearwater, Ybor. Will definitely be back!

Super Clean! Very Nice place to stay!

Great place to stay. The place was super clean and very close to everthing in Tampa...... They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee and all the basic essentials. 3 nice bedrooms and great baths. The outside area was awesome with a grill and a very nice pool and penty of room for a bunch of people to relax and hang out. All the furniture was very nice and comfortable. Honestly I cant say enought about how nice the place was and how clean it was. The management company is great with communication too. Dont hesitate to hit the book button......you wont be disappointed!

Getaway to Tampa

This cute house was perfectly stocked with linen, full kitchen and many unexpected surprises! Our calzones and pizzas made in the pizza oven were delicious and perfect! Communication with property management was A++! A very convenient location. For being in a neighborhood we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming neighbors.

Spacious Home with pool

My husband, kids, mom and myself enjoyed the house immensely. Mevon and Michelle were in contact with us through our stay making sure we were happy and well taken care of. The house has so much room that everyone had a place to go to and relax. My favorite space was the lanai and couch that I was able to relax on outside while my family were enjoying the pool. Our dog was able to travel with us and had as much fun as we did. We will rent from Emperor Rentals again soon.

This house is a little gem!

The property manager was amazing! They were prompt to respond to anything we asked and were more than accommodating. The outside area is exactly as pictured And where we spent most of our time. The house is conveniently located about 30 minutes from beaches, and Amalie arena. St.Pete is also about 30 minutes from this property. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only downfall to this house was the beds- and if you like a soft bed, you won’t consider it a downfall. The beds were very soft and not very comfortable. There were plenty of beach towels and there was even beach chairs which was an added bonus for our beach day. Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciates the property owners quick communication.

Amazing

Had an amazing time. Communication was amazing from start to finish. Super clean inside and out. Kids and adults loved the pool table and ping pong game room. 3 bathrooms was a plus. Really enjoyed the pool and yard. Outdoor TV and covered seating area. Laundry came in handy. Kitchen well stocked and so were towels and beach towels. Thank you and we hope to return soon.

Awesome vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home away from home. There were so many little extras that were unexpected, like toothbrushes and toothpaste, seasonings and other pantry items. The whole house is furnished beautifully and the beds and pillows are comfortable! The heated saltwater swimming pool was loads of fun for our kids, and the backyard was awesome— nice large grill- big table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining, nice couch and sofa table with a roku tv! Great communication from the staff- a perfectly lovely vacation located near a grocery and other stores. Tip- 30 minute drive to Clearwater beach- totally worth it! Thank you!!!

Winter Break

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Three families with small children ages 13mo to 7yrs old and they all had a blast. Close to everything and a very safe neighborhood. Will defiantly be staying again in the future.
