Beautiful home! The beds were incredibly comfortable, it had the perfect space to accommodate our family. The views were breathtaking, the beach was perfect, the community was lovely. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Horrible experience. I do not recommend staying at this property.We properly bagged the trash and left it outside because there was no trash can or dumpster near the unit, yet we were still charged an additional 45 for it. Only one trash bag was provided, and there was no soap for the shower or for washing dishes.Upon arrival, we were unable to access the unit because the access code had not been sent to us, even though they claimed otherwise. We arrived after their office had closed at 6 PM and spent nearly 1.5 hours trying to contact someone. We did not receive the code until around 1:00 AM.Although the unit itself was somewhat decent, the furniture was very cheap and unstable. The rugs and couches were visibly dirty, and some windows had no blinds, leaving the interior fully exposed to anyone passing by.My advice to anyone considering staying here: stay away. This property is poorly managed and not worth the stress or the extra charges.

Nice place overall

Great place! Lots of amenities in the condo complex.Clean. Comforable.Plenty of towels and there were beach/pool towels.It would be nice if a few basics were provided such as, coffee filters, salt/pepper, basic spices, cooking spray, more than one trash bag (we did find another bag at the bottom of the can but we did not know that until the day we left and the paperwork said there will only be one bag so we were just using grocery bags once the can got full), hand soap in the kitchen and cleaning solution to clean off the counters after cooking.Lots of people fly in so a few of those things would be helpful so that clients don't have to buy items that they most likely won't be able to take home.The information provided in the welcome packet was helpful.My rating for communication with the property manager is a two because when we arrived at around 9PM,we could not find the WIFI PW posted in the house. It wasn't an emergency so I emailed the manager and asked if there is wifi in the unit. The response was,"There is!" Yes, technically my question was answered but that is poor customer service and is passive aggressive.I had to email back and ask for the network and PW.I did get a return email with the information but it also said,"All of this information can be found in your welcome packet." However, that is where I looked first. It was NOT in there and I checked multiple times.I found that response to be rude.Just provide the info to the paying customer.No need to be snarky.

We loved our time spent at this property

This was the second year we stayed at this location. We love this home it is so nice and beautifully decorated. It is also very quiet and close to my cousin that lives in Sun City Center. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Great for a family group!

It was exactly as it looked in the pictures! Having the laundry onsite (right outside the master bedroom) was extremely convenient after hot days at the beach! The porches were very relaxing! We really enjoyed our stay! We did not get to use any of the extras in the neighborhood (private beach, pools, etc...) due to being booked at other things, so I can't speak to the conditions of any of that. The only thing that might be concerning for anyone with very small children is the stairs to the second floor. It would be quite a tumble if they fell down them... Just an FYI!

Nice area but not a good property

This property is in a nice area and close to water. It's spacious as well with three decent size bedrooms. However, it is poorly managed and it feels like the owner just wants to make money off the property without making any effort to make sure guests have a comfortable stay:- On the day of our arrival, we were told that the washer & dryer is broken and won't be fixed during our stay; no help or compensation was offered to address the issue- A musty smell welcomes you when you enter the property and we couldn't get it out- The instructions for wifi were wrong and we couldn't connect to the internet; I mentioned to the property manager (iTrip Orlando) and nothing was done- one of the shower doors doesn't close- main bedroom has a huge open window with no covering- everything was bare minimum or was of poor quality e.g., towels, blankets; not even hand soap for any bathroomsI rarely write reviews for a property, but I had to write this one so that future guests know what they are getting into. Rest assured, I won't be staying in any property in the future that iTrip manages.

Townhouse at Little Harbor

It was very nice and clean.Master suite was on second floor as was the laundry. There were about 14 steps up to second floor. We just stayed in bedroom on first floor because of the steps. The dryer ran but did not heat. Property was located well and had 2 resturants near us. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place

Enjoyed our stay. The sunset and sunrise was great. Clean and beds were very comfy. Only suggestion is describe better where trash should be taken and also the restaurant would not give parking voucher even though we at there. Easy access to major roads. Would stay there again. Molly my dog meet many new friends as well.

Beautiful home in quite resort neighborhood

The home was simply gorgeous, with high end details and features like plantation shutters, large rooms, and comfortable furniture. It was nice to have ceiling fans in every room which helped to keep the home cool since you aren't allowed to set the AC below 71. Luckily it was not too humid the week I was there. The resort was well maintained, quite and I felt very safe being there alone. I love that the owners thought of little features like plenty of coat hangers, plates, and kitchenware. My only complaints are that the daily items that were stocked were minimal and cheap. It would have been nice to have better soaps, more trash bags and toilet paper! Also the private beach was rather disappointing but the condo was close enough to travel to St. Pete beach which was amazing. Also, in the welcome packet please give a location description of where the trash dumps are housed and where the club house and pool are located. I would have never found the pool if I hadn't messaged the renter to find out. Overall, it is a great property with a beautiful view of the harbor, very comfortable furniture and nice amenities!

Very enjoyable and comfortable

My adult daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable and the decor perfect. Everything we needed was provided. I especially enjoyed sitting time during the evenings on the balcony.

Secluded paradise

Excellent floor plan. It was clean but the only incident that occurred was the shower curtain liners in the two bathrooms that have the shower/tub combination were dirty. I can't believe the cleaning crew did not replace the liners. After reaching out to the owner new liners were put up. We loved the 3 balconies and the views of the bay. There is minimal furniture in the bedrooms. The greatest disappointment was that the bedroom on the main floor does not have a TV. We loved our meals at the Sunset Grill . We would definitely return.

Everything we hoped!

We chose this property as a hub for the West Coast Florida locations we wanted to visit and couldn't be happier with our decision. The location of the unit within the Little Harbor Community was ideal for all of the amenities. We loved eating, listening to music and enjoying sunsets from the restaurant. Everyone played Tennis and Pickleball, used the gym and enjoyed two excursions from marina for fishing and dolphin watching. The unit itself was perfect for our party of 6 to rest and regroup personally between all of the fun. Thank you for the opportunity to stay!

Nice place

The unit and location were great! Unit was well stocked, comfortable and met our needs easily. Nice views from the balconies (all 4 of them). Watched boats, manatees and dolphins on the canal behind the unit. Definitely recommend and worth the price.

Great place!

There were 5 of us that stayed here, and we all enjoyed our 3 days at this townhouse. Everything was exactly how it was described, it was very clean, and the view was beautiful. The landscaping on the grounds were very maintained. My son loved swimming in the pool. The restaurants on the premises were convenient, but food not that great, and very pricey. We all had a great time and will be back!

Very nice place

Condo was great. The property however had some odd rules. Amenities closed at 8pm (pier, hot tub, pool, beach). Nothing to do with the rental but something to note. Condo was empty. No spices/seasoning, no plastic wrap/tin foil. Had to buy everything. Been to other places that have the "basics" which was a nice touch. Overall still a good experience and beautiful place.
