Good stay

Very quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Condo was very clean, good linens and towels. Wish it had a few more comforts (ie shampoo and lotion) we had to go to Walmart but not a big deal. Had an issue with water backing up into kitchen after a rain storm but they fixed the problem quickly.

Nice place

The location was perfect, and close to the soccer complex for the tournament we were there for. The unit is next to the pool which is super convenient and overall, the unit is nice and spacious. The downside is the supples provided. I couldn’t find any extra trash bags then the one in the trash can at arrival. They only provided two laundry washings pods and two dryer sheets, and only one dishwasher pod (and they request you start a load at checkout). Thank goodness I read prior reviews and brought some laundry washing pods with. Communication was okay. I texted the main rental owner a handful of times without response and had to reach out to the next one listed. Also…. Be aware of price at booking. They have you sign a rental contract via email after you book and I didn’t pay close enough attention as I assumed the price would be the same; it was not. They charged an extra $15-20 for something and then changed the fee shown on Vrbo after. I took photos of the charges when I booked as I was splitting the cost with a friend, so it was evident of the change. When I inquired, I did not receive a response.

Christmas visit

We enjoyed our stay and the overall apartment was very nice. I only have a couple of suggestions; toilet paper wasn't at the club house and only a half roll in each bathroom, we had to call to get the wireless info was not in the Information book, and the tv in living room would not work all the time. This wasn't too much of a problem as we were on the go so much. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

This property met the mark for us bc we traveled to Fl for the weekend to meet our don Snd daughter in law who were in town filming with the food network. We chose it for the large family table, which was perfect! We had plenty of space. The pool was great, a bit cold, but it’s November! My son and I used the weight room, were disappointed in the fact that the indoor gym was not useable, (Covid) but ultimately wished we had more time to revisit the beautiful pool area. I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable! Adrian was awesome!

Nice place and decent location

Overall it was well worth it. Better than a hotel and much less $ Really should be cleaned better though. We spent about 3 hrs cleaning things to our liking. It was spot cleaned but not deep cleaned. The doors and door handles were pretty grimy. You really should but more thàn 3 small round pices of soap for a full week stay? And only 3 dishwashing pods? Why? The communication with the staff was excellent though. Suggestions: one or 2 more blankets to spare would be nice.

work and pleasure visit

This condo was very nice and spacious. Although fitting 6 adults would be tight. There are 2 bedrooms which fit a total of 4 people. There are 3 couches in the living room which could possibly fit one adult and one child. We brought an air mattress along with us which worked out well, so that wasn't a big deal for us. The unit had everything we needed, but don't forget to bring your laundry detergent. I had a hard time getting in contact with the property manager from Powell Realty about our invoice, but the gentleman who lived on site and worked for Powell Realty and who let us in (Adrian) was great with communication. This condo was in a great location. 1/2 hour from St. Pete, Lakeland, and Busch Gardens; 1 hour from Clearwater beach. We also spent a few days enjoying the Florida sunshine while swimming in the beautiful pool. We would stay here again.

3 night stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Adrian met us on-time to let us in. He was real friendly and gave us great suggestions for dinner. The place was clean and had what we needed for our stay. We didn't use the pool area but it looked nice. We saw a grounds keeper driving around picking up any litter, the grounds were kept clean. We used the place to sleep mostly; we were out and about most of the day. We'd stay there again.

Overall great property!

There was a few hiccups, but none that would make me not want to stay here again. Beautiful condo, perfect spot, beautiful pool (what time we got to swim, it was locked up for a few days). The first night we were there we asked for an extra blanket and pillows and did not get them until our 3rd to 4th day! This property was an overall great stay and I would definitely stay again!

Meeting Grandson #2

Loved the location. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The furniture is all very nice. I think the carpet needs replacing in the bedrooms. Was very disappointed the pool and the area surrounding the pool was closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I called the office on Wednesday to inquire and was told they were not sure when it would reopen. We picked this place especially for the very nice pool. We had our 3 year old grandson over to swim on Monday and planned to have him back over Wednesday and Thursday to swim and enjoy the hammocks and cabana. He was very disappointed and so were we.

Anniversary Getaway

Besides a couple hiccups at first that was taken care of quickly thanks to Adrian it was a decent stay. Was disappointing having a coffee maker with no coffee and my wife cleaning before we could relax at first. But eventually we got to enjoy the huge pool on property and have pleasant conversations with some residents. Overall was a nice condominium, but little disappointing with the high cleaning fee and vacant ammendities. Could definitely use some updating especially in the spare bath, bath tub was not pretty.

It was comfortable and clean. The pool area was very nice. It was a perfect location to Tampa. We were dropping our son off to college from New Jersey.
