This was probably the cleanest vrbo I’ve stayed in.

This is probably the best way someome could set up a garage studio- it’s quite I never heard the main house at all- it’s more private than you’d think- really nice neighborhood! There’s no windows so if you’re looking to get a great nights sleep this is it

Beautiful Property

Even though it was a small amount of square footage, the place was immaculate. The shower is amazing and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived and there was some chocolate and a bottle of wine on the counter. There was only one small thing that I wish was mentioned in the description, and that is that there are no windows in this unit which made the mood a bit dark. That is the only fault I could find. The neighborhood is nice and inviting. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was nice and very convenient - only thing I would say it needs is some furniture - two chairs to be able to watch TV from rather than laying in bed. And you need a frying pan! These are just my opinion, it was a great stay

Nice studio in a quiet residential neighborhood

A private guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Tampa. Easy and quick trip to the airport as well as the Tampa stadiums and the highway network. Studio itself was cozy and well appointed, and felt welcoming even after a week. I would recommend!

This property was in exceptional condition and beautifully decorated. The owners take great care of it, and it shows. It is a wonderful place to stay and it was very comfortable for all four of us. It was clean and was without bugs. The fenced in, private outside porch was a nice touch and was very comfortable to stay in both in the morning and late at night. I would definitely recommend!

It was easy to get in and out, close to grocery, dining, and other Target/Walmart stores. It was very clean! Communication was spot on, wifi worked well. The one thing I underestimated was not having any windows.

Everything about our stay was wonderful!! The place was very clean and cute, and we slept really well. I could not recommend this place enough!! If we’re ever in the area again we’d absolutely stay here.

Quick Florida Getaway

Just what we needed for our quick getaway to FL. We were able to get Ubers to and from the property into Tampa and had everything we needed. The property was clean and plenty of space. We would absolutely stay there again!

Nice Neighborhood location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a very nice neighborhood close to everywhere we needed to go for our visit. The unit was very clean, modern and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend it to anyone, especially a couple.

Great place to stay

The studio apartment was very nice and clean. The location was great and the neighborhood seemed to be a safe area. The queen bed could probably use a new mattress/ box spring though as it creaked a lot with movement and was lumpy. We are Seniors and have back issues so maybe we’re just more sensitive to that. The place only had hard chairs or barstools for sitting so an easy hair or upholstered chair would be a nice addition especially for longer rentals. We stayed 5 nights. We didn’t use the patio since the chairs there were not the typical patio furniture we would have expected. Overall we really liked staying there and appreciated its location .

This property is amazing, it looks just like the pictures on the listing, it is extremely modern, clean and comfortable. The property has its own private entrance, there are no common areas to share, the parking on site is next to the property, it has been mentioned in other reviews, this property has no windows, which to me was fine and worked for me. The neighborhood as well as the property (very nice area in Tampa) are very safe. I highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again. The communication with the host was fantastic, I was assisted with everything I needed.
