Decepcionado
El cuarto super sucio y con olor a humedad y a cigarrillos, pedi que me cambiaran y la persona de la recepción con poca educación me dijo que no, que eso era lo único que tenia,le dije que no me quedaría ahí y me dijo ok,no me buscó alternativa, en fin termine pagando otro hotel mas caro en el área, llame a hotel.com para cancelar y la persona que me atendió solo me preguntó mi nombre, le dije lo que me paso y me canceló la estadía equivocada, y por ese error mi familia se quedó sin hotel ya que cuando ellos llegaron al hotel donde habían reservado con hotel.com le dijeron que ustedes le cancelaron y llamaron y no le pudieron ayudar,y por esa razon tuvieron que pagar una estadía nueva en el momento pagando casi el doble de lo que habian pagado con ustedes, por error de un empleado falta de conocimiento de hotel.com

Nos agrado el Hotel, pero cuando fuimos a la habitación encontramos el zafacón lleno de basura y en el borde de la cama y el techo con sucio. Ademas en el freezer lleno de articulos que dejaron los anteriores huespedes. Pero el personal que atiende en el counter para el check-in es muy amable.

As soon as we pulled up there were police but let me start off by saying this is the type of hotel where you have workers staying there that work in the area for a limited time until their job is done this is not an average hotel again these are actually long term rentals that the seasonal workers can stay in.

Night manager was wonderful with a super late check in, but the room was terrible. Smelled like pot the whole two weeks. No one ever came to clean. Cheap, but definitely get what you pay for.

I asked to see the room that was being assigned to me once it became clear that this property was more of a kennel than a hotel. The staff member "refused" to let me do it and said to my 71 year old face "I am cancelling your reservation because I know you won't like it here". I am not kidding. Doesn't get worse than that. Except if you read other reviews, she may have done me a favor.
