Lovely, perfect studio in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood of Tampa. The studio, which is essentially a roomy converted garage with a patio, had everything we need for a comfortable week-long stay. The host was responsive and helpful, and checking in was a breeze. We would stay here any time!

Lots of nearby eateries and easy access to major roads. Nice, safe neighborhood. Don't go feeling amorous in the bed, though. It is very creaky and felt like it can't take much activity.

We had a great stay. The Marine is a perfect little getaway, comfortable and convenient. Everything you need is present. It's clean, and the furniture is solid and in great shape.

This place is cute, clean, and cozy! The host was very nice & it's in a quiet location with comfortable furnishings. The private patio was definitely a plus. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely return if I'm in the area again. Thumbs up all the way!

Great location for what we ended up doing. Host took a little while to respond and then there was one question that was not answered. Room and amenities were. Nothing extravagant but fit our needs nicely.

Was a perfect place for me and my husband to stay we went to go see a concert near the hard rock. It was 17 minutes away. It was perfect.

We stayed here to run Gasparilla in Downtown Tampa. It was a 20 min. drive and had options to avoid 275 and I4. Very close to Bush Gardens and Buccaneers Stadium. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a park on the river within walking distance.

Very clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was but not what we were expecting. We assumed from the photos that it was a waterfront property—it is not.

It was a nice, quiet & safe neighborhood. The space was clean. My only issue was that the floor under the bed dipped down enough that the head of the bed was noticeably lower than the foot of the bed, making you feel a bit upside down. We had s nice stay overall. Would book again.

Good space for brief stay or longer,shower was awesome pressure and got hot every time. AC works really well and has remote which worked excellent. Only complaint is the bed seems to have a high spot down the center with the underneath supports and it wasn't comfortable with me already laying diagonally being so tall,otherwise mattress was comfortable. Seems like quiet neighborhood i had motorcycle outside and nobody bothered it.
