A freshly remodeled 3-bedroom, 1-bath North Tampa home for up to 7 guests, six minutes from Busch Gardens and a short hop to downtown Tampa. It has a fully fenced yard, parking for three cars, fast Wi-Fi and in-home laundry, and most of our guests stay two weeks or more.

The sectional, flat-screen TV and dining area sit together with the full kitchen a step away, so evenings happen in one bright room. Out back is a large fully fenced yard, and the driveway holds up to three cars. Three bedrooms share the home's single tub-and-shower bathroom, and there is no pool.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a quiet residential neighborhood in North Tampa. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful, especially at night.
★ Pool: there is no pool at this home.
★ Bathrooms & beds: two queen rooms and a bunk room share one full bathroom for up to 7 guests.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 4 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Parking: no more than 3 vehicles on the property. Exterior security cameras are active outside.
★ Monthly stays: welcome; ask about mid-stay cleaning for longer bookings.
