Well appointed home…quiet location. Close to Clayman Thyroid Center.::beat staying at hotel.Serene watching the Seacows floating out in canal.Only downside was AC unit on wall outside Master bedroom was very loud, each time it came on.

The hosts clearly thought of many extra touches to make guests comfortable, and the house was VERY well stocked and full of fun things to do. We visited during an uncharacteristically cold spell and didn't see any manatees this time, but enjoyed looking out in the canal each day. Everything was clean and in good working order. Excellent Hosts, Excellent Home!!

We arrived late evening As we were unloading my husband's sugar had plummeted, thoughtfully the host had an array of snacks on the counter. Something we haven’t experienced in our travels. This thoughtful idea saved the day. We had a peaceful relaxing vacation. The games were a hit with my niece and nephews Another added bonus this house is very pet friendly We loved the house and quietness of the neighborhood. 5 stars. Will definitely recommend and plan to stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and has been well-maintained. It's centrally located in a safe, desirable neighborhood. After busy, fun-packed days in the Tampa area, it was a true pleasure to retreat to our home away from home. Loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub, which were both at perfect temperatures. The rainfall shower head was refreshing and the water pressure...perfect! Fell in love with the fridge, but sadly it wouldn't fit in the car to take home! The game area was fun and my son and I bonded over the retro games. Christine was an excellent host, with friendly, prompt communication. I hope to have another opportunity to visit the Tampa area and enjoy a second stay. Wonderful memories with my family were made here!

Family getaway

My family spent a long weekend here and had such an enjoyable time! We had everything we needed and spent our days in the pool relaxing, enjoying the canal views..and having fun in the game room playing games. It was so convenient being so near to grocery stores and plenty of great restaurants! Thank you Christine for sharing your beautiful home.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear communication before and during our visit. The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close to everything. A gem on water.

Our stay at CANAL Oasis was absolutely perfect! This home was even better than the pictures, which is rare to say. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and beautifully designed everything was.The amenities were top-notch—the heated pool and hot tub were the perfect spots to relax, and having kayaks to explore the canal was such a fun bonus. Perfect Stay

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks. Everything about the house was perfect. She really enjoyed watching the Manatees every morning from the boat dock. The house came fully equipped and was very clean when we arrived. Christine our host was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a little cool for March but the pool always managed to stay heated during our stay.

Spectacular all the way around

This is THE nicest home my family and I have visited. It was meticulously clean, had all the amenities you could imagine, and the sophisticated upgrades made a huge difference.In addition, the view of the water was beautiful and enjoyed every night from the hot tub after cooking in the lovely, appointed kitchen. Séjour parfait !

La maison est telle que sur les photos, et très agréable. Cuisine bien équipée, salle de séjour spacieuse et confortable. L'espace extérieur est extra : belle piscine avec vue sur le canal (et quelques bouées à dispo), belle terrasse permettant de profiter de la soirée. Totalement recommandée !

If you love manatees......

If you love manatees, this is the place to stay. We enjoyed scanning the canal watching for little noses (and large heads) to poke up out of the water. On occasion, we were gifted with the view of a tail. This place is meticulously clean, has an open concept and all the amenities one needs. Also just a 5 minute drive to the airport, less than 30 minutes to St Petersburg. Very convenient. Enjoyed daily swims in the pool and friendly family Pac-Man tournaments. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Spring Break Vacation

As an owner of several vacation properties and a frequent renter, this house is amazing! It has all the comforts of home but yet uncluttered like that of a hotel. Our most favorite thing about the house were the manatee sightings all day and of course, the pool! The communication with the owners was excellent - very communicative. The house is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood and close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants. If we are ever back in Tampa we would definitely rent this house again!

Absolutely perfect!

Wonderful property. The house is beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located to everything you may want to go and do in Tampa. But a good problem to have, is that once you are there, you don’t want to go out! The pool is amazing. My daughter loved it! The hot tub was perfect for my adult sons. And the canal is exactly as described- a sea cow sanctuary. I sat on the deck for hours watching the manatees swim back and forth through the canal. That was awesome, to say the least. Christine communicated well, and there were no issues at all to need her to address. We loved our stay and will be back!

Beautiful home

Beautiful & thoughtful renovation. Home has everything you could possibly need - well stocked/prepared. The pool area & dock are perfect for relaxing anytime of day. Great open floor plan that lives large. We will return !

Amazing home!

The house is great overall. Living area is open concept and great for cooking while hanging out with friends or family. Our favorite part was the pool, waterfront view, and amazing sunsets. The manatees greet you every morning as well! House was better than expected. Hosts also went above and beyond on making our stay great. They made some personal touches for us to make us feel at home. Will be staying in the future
