Clean and Comfortable

Nice duplex. Clean and Comfortable and very close to Ybor City. Be sure to check out the Coffee shop nearby, 22nd Street Coffee - very good!

AMAZING

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was in the most perfect location. We stayed for one night before our cruise, and it was so cozy and comfortable and exactly what we needed after a VERY long travel day. The 4 of us all talked about the property our entire trip. Thank you!

Great stay

Property is clean. Easy access to everything. Smooth check-in process. The only thing is the neighbors are loud in the morning and woke us up, otherwise overall it’s great.

The property was spacious and great! It’s near Desoto Park. The dogs loved it and great area to chill and enjoy the sun on your face. By car, close to downtown Tampa . Only had issues with coffee maker, wasn’t working.

Comfortable stay

Our stay in Ybor was very comfortable. Cute place, recently remodeled. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. Good location for us as we had plans both in Tampa and Plant City so it was a nice in between spot. Bathroom could use over the mirror lighting and a shower curtain liner. Otherwise, good communication and Alex was helpful with recommendations for places to go/eat/etc. Thank you!

Simple, Clean with Ample Parking

Duplex was clean with parking underneath the elevated structure. Full size laundry room was very beneficial. Walls are very thin - you can hear the folks next door. Neighborhood is rough. Loud neighbors nearby - one kept riding an ultra-loud motorbike around the neighborhood late at night. Host was very responsive to inquiries.

Home away from home

Our family was quite comfortable with our stay. The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. Parking on site was plentiful & bonus, in the shade! The description was right on point. We loved being walking distance to the bay and Desoto Park. It made for a great morning adventure with the little one to say hi to the neighbors, friendly walkers and of course see birds and "fishies". Also bonus to burn some energy on the playground! We were in the area due to a family medical situation and found the location great for a home away from home while making frequent visits to Tampa General. Alex our host was really great. He was easy to contact and always replied with such promptness! We would definitely stay again. Thank you Alex!

SUPER CLEAN inside

My son and I were on a trip for his business - I tagged along, it was Mother's Day weekend (we've just lost his Dad/my husband) We initially stayed in St. Pete where his convention was. We booked this place to see the Tampa area. The place itself it really cute - looks exactly like the photos. My only concern is the neighborhood. You can see that it is changing for the better, but it has issues. The neighbor across the street blared music well past 11pm, which we were ok with but it was a bit noisy. We wanted to see Hyde Park and Ybor City - this is close to both. Would like to have info to close grocery stores for ice and essentials besides restaurants, coffee shops,etc

10 min drive to Convention Center

Perfect place for a short commute to downtown. Enjoyed working from the house while spouse was at the convention center during the day. I had no car during the say so appreciated that 22nd Street Coffee is a 10 minute walk and the park is just a 3 minute walk, and the bay is just a block away and visible from the deck. Dining furniture is different than shown in picture, with seating being benches rather than chairs. Since working from home, a chair with a back eould have been preferable. But the house had all kitchen essentials needed! Owner was very kind on the phone when we were having trouble with entering in our code late at night.

Good value

Had a great stay. Alex is a great communicator. The positives: Affordable. Short drive to the city. Great parking. Spacious living room/kitchen. Easy WiFi log in. Great HVAC (Had to run the heater and it kicked right in). Alex again was great. The hair dryer was missing. Just an empty box. Texted him and later that day a new hairdryer was there!! The neighborhood is older with different style of homes. It is safe as families and myself were walking around. Quiet too! Check out super easy. As Alex shared the home is older and has some growing pains. The bathroom needs updated but it is clean! Water pressure is low in bathroom but definitely strong enough to have a good hot shower. I will stay again! Alex!

Could be better than ok, with effort.

For the price and purpose it was just ok. We came in for a tradeshow, this was significantly cheaper than the hotel pricing. The linens seemed dirty, the bedroom doors don't close all the way, there are gaps cracks and a squishiness to the kitchen floors. The soaps appear to be watered down. There are partially repaired damages to walls, no closet doors and the exposed closet wire rack shelves, appear dusty and dirty. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and the bedroom doors will not stay shut which didn't bother us, but may if you have kids. Overall I would have chosen to pay a little more for a nicer, cleaner place, the photos are a touch misleading. It wouldn't take a whole lot to make this place nicer, but it would require some elbow grease. The location was good but the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy (but not dangerous by any means).
