What a amazing place to stay it with my brothers the beach and restaurant was amazing the whole atmosphere surrounding the townhouse was incredible and the views were amazing 10/10 recommend this place on top of everything the owners made sure we had everything needed to have a great week here such good communication and cleanliness of the whole place . From the private beach to seeing Dolphins in the Bay, our stay was completely magical. The condo was beautiful, and very clean with lots of little things that made it a perfect home away from home. It was close to everything but tucked away in a private corner of the world. Well worth the price and we would definitely return and recommend this luxury to anyone looking for an escape.

Little Harbor

The townhome was very nice and it was clean. It was very quiet couldn’t hear any sounds from townhomes adjacent to us. The pools were great and the restaurants on the complex were nice to get a quick bite and refreshments. Mary the property owner was very responsive along with Rufina our contact while we stay there was also very responsive.

Relaxing Retreat in Little Harbor

We enjoyed the resort and the townhome. The neighborhood is great for walking as is the beach area. We had good meals at Sunset Grille and the nightly music in the Tiki Hut is fun. There are multiple recreational activities available on the property and the drive to St. Pete or the gulf beaches is very easy. Overall, we had a very good experience and would consider staying here again.

Lovely gem, quiet

The home was nicely appointed and perfect for our stay. Since both bedrooms are en suites, getting ready on the mornings was a breeze. The location is beautiful and quiet. While enjoying some sun on the balcony, we watched a dolphin swim down the channel to the bay. The community is nice and it’s only a short walk to the beach and Sunset, the beach-side restaurant and bar. It had great food and drinks. We enjoyed our time there and would love to say there again if we travel to the area in the future.

Nice break from winter….

I enjoyed this place very much. Quiet location with beautiful views of the mangroves and amazing sun rises. The unit was clean with large bedrooms and plenty of space to relax with family.

Title of property on VRBO includes the words "new" and "luxury". I wouldn't include either. This property is not new by any stretch. And luxury, not so much. It is, however, a nice place to stay. There are alot of stairs, so not for those who don't do well with stairs. Great restaurants nearby! Great private beach as well.

Good Experience

The property was nice and clean, and was just a short walk to a beach. It was a nice location for our visit with family. Communication was easy, timely and pleasant. During our stay we encountered a minor issue which was addressed immediately and professionally by the property manager.

Beautiful Hidden Little Heaven

Beautifully Clean Home

This is was just what we wanted for our family vacation. The home was beautifully decorated and clean, the amenities were plentiful, the kitchen was stocked with every utensil needed and they location was really convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. I was surprised to find extras all throughout the home from shampoo, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and seasoning for cooking, of course we replaced what we used for the next occupants. I would definitely stay here again. Mary was very clear on her communications for check in and check out. The property manager allowed us early entry and very professional. Zero concerns. We checked in, enjoyed our stay, cleaned up after ourselves and checked out.

Gem in Ruskin

The townhouse we stayed in was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with necessities and extras. The layout was perfect for my husband and me as well as our three teens. We enjoyed the beach and pools although we missed the jet skis that were in the listing but no longer available on-sight. Our host was easy to contact as well.

My husband and I stayed with another couple and your place was perfect for us. Very pretty and clean. Had everything we needed. The whole resort was very nice with a lot to do. I suggest the Lattitude Tour boat ride. It was very nice.

The property is clean, safe and comfortable. You can enjoy the pools, beach and pickleball/tennis courts. There is also the marina with some water tours available. All amenities are within walking distance, however if you need to drive you should know they charge to park at the parking lots, even if your just going to play pickleball or tennis for an hour.

Wonderful gettaway

We had a great stay. The condo was well set up and comfortable. We found a few kids toys in a closet and lots of beach toys, chairs, etc in the garage. When you walk in there is an ad for renting an electric golf cart. We called on our first day and were able to rent one for a week stay for a very reasonable rate and it greatly enhanced our trip. The listing pics don't do the beach area justice. We somehow only ate at the beach side restaurant but it was very good. The swimming pools were nice (we wish they kept them a little warmer, but still very workable for our Feb stay, and the hot tub area was quite hot). We also enjoyed the shuffle board, bean bags, etc that they had at the community clubhouse area near the main pool we hung out at (the one with the hot tub). I will caution that if you have a sensitive nose, you may want to see if the host might put away some of the potpourri (was in nearly every room) and the scented plugins before your stay. The Florida air did clear it out nicely after we tucked them just out on the porch. Also, I'd advise paying close attention to the contract they will send over as it has important details about the stay, including that the property management company is the main one to contact during your stay. Overall a fantastic trip with the family. We would be very excited to come back and stay here again.
