YOUR PRIVATE CONDO
One bedroom, one bathroom, a queen bedroom and sleeper sofa available upon request, full kitchen and private balcony. Enjoy Banksy-inspired artwork, a massage chair and tabletop Pac-Man. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Linens, towels, starter toiletries, Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are included. Maximum occupancy is 4.

SHARED WATERFRONT AMENITIES
Heated outdoor pool, fishing pier, sandy sunning area, outdoor fitness area, volleyball, fire pit, grills and on-site bar and grill. These spaces are shared and managed by the resort; availability may vary. The sandy area has no swimming access. Ben T. Davis Beach is nearby for a public beach outing. This property is on Tampa Bay, rather than the Gulf beach.

PARKING & LAUNDRY
Free on-site parking is available; use authorized guest spaces and display any required pass. Trailers, boats, campers and jet skis are not permitted. Paid shared laundry is on the third floor, near the elevator. There is no in-unit washer or dryer.

The balcony overlooks the bay conservatory. Request the sleeper sofa in advance. The foosball coffee table is unavailable while awaiting replacement parts; its presence in photographs does not indicate it is currently usable.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
The booking guest must be at least 18. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be done in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete these requirements.

IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
Please be aware of the following important details for your stay:

- Digital Rental Agreement: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This process cannot be completed in person.
- Age Requirement: The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
- Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only (e.g., linens, towels, wine). This is not insurance.
The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

- Supplies: Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; please use the on-site coin/card-operated laundry facilities to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

Foosball Table: The foosball table is currently under repair, awaiting parts.

Security Deposit for Booking Extensions: A security deposit is required for all booking extensions and must be paid before approval. The deposit is refundable after checkout, subject to applicable deductions for damages or additional charges.
