Perfect location near family. Neighborhood is beautiful. Hosts were responsive and clear as well as accommodating! Home was very clean and well stocked.

Amazing Stay at this Tampa Home!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Tampa home! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight — perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Florida sunshine.The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything! Beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions were all just a short drive away. It made exploring Tampa so easy and enjoyable.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great time. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great property and backyard - furnishings a bit dated

Lovely neighborhood. Super convenient to all of south Tampa. Backyard and pool super cute. Limited sun coverage for sunny days. Furniture and carpets a bit dated but house very clean. Beds comfy.

Fun Trendy Indeed!

Get away with a girlfriend for a few days in Tampa. Hosts are great! Pool was refreshing. House was clean and comfortable. If I ever need to go back to Tampa, I will certainly stay at this fun, trendy tropical home.

Nice Property

The rental property, including the backyard and pool area, were really nice. We really liked the setup and it was comfortable and cozy. It was also very clean. My only concern was I sent a message on VRBO asking how to set the thermostat and no one responded. Thank you.

Amazing stay

My stay was perfect the house was equipted with all the things you need to make it super comfortable from shampoo detergent for laundry towels hair dryers all rooms had TVs the backyard with pool was beautiful and had so much privacy I def recommend staying there again the management and look forward

Small home in S Florida S. Grady St.

Home was clean, however, some furniture broken and needed to be replaced. Shower heads in both bathrooms not functioning properly. One hurt to stand under it and the other was too soft for us. Home was very clean and close to our family.

Amazing Stay!

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, glass wear utensils....and a grill. Pool was chilly but we will be back in the summertime. Property management was on top of everything. Beds were super comfy. Close to everything, shopping, groceries, sports venues...

Comfortable Home In A Quiet Neighborhood

On the outside it looks like an old Florida home, but when you walk in it is a pleasant surprise. The kitchen and bathrooms are renovated. The house is decorated in a cute, trendy style. Oh yes, I agree on the beds being comfortable from an earlier review! I will be staying here again.

Cute place

It was a cute place and as described. The pool was a little small and from what I heard was cold. The Casita in the back was cute but kind of smelled musty according to one of our family members that stayed there. Quiet neighborhood, close to where we needed to be. Great water pressure. Couldn't figure out the cooling system, it was set at Celsius and wouldn't run as cold as we'd like it to have been but it was fine. Would recommend!

Cute place with a great pool!

We had a great girls trip

This is a nice place to stay house was clean and nice amenities. One small improvement is adding a pool rail. My friend had hard time getting out of pool with no railing to hold.

Attentive host

Beautiful home that left no room to complain. Fully stocked with towels and toiletries with access to so many amenities within short driving distance. Cleaning crew did a fine job with preparation for our stay and everything was as advertised Only hiccup was the battery in lock on detached room going out in the wee hours of the morning but Stephanie even answered my call and was quick to assist with no issue! 5 star stay!! Thanks

Great Location

Rental was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Note for future renters that the third bedroom is a casita out back. Super cute. Restrooms are in the main house.

A Study in Black and White and hits and misses

The house was clean, comfortable and recently updated. The black and white/chrome motif almost made it. The best hit was the black seated chrome stemmed bar stools. None of the living room/dining room furniture matched. Neither bathroom was en suite. The shower in the tub was like being barraged by thousands of needles and incapable of being temperature controlled. Induction cookware for a non-induction stove? Beautiful counter tops but cabinets need work. Definitely good for a pet. Ghosted by owner. Tried two ways to communicate while there and got no response.

The perfect VRBO!

If you’re considering booking this property- do it! The house was so cute. So clean. Great location. I always have issues sleeping away from home but these beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet, I slept better than I do at my own house. Pool was on the smaller side but for the three of us, it was perfect. We will definitely book this property again when in Tampa!
