Sofa felt broken on lower side so messaged host, if it was. Host, Andrew, responded that Owner has acknowledged that the sofa has reached 'end of life' but sofa cannot be replaced during our 3 day stay. I reported as 'unuseable' but Andrew used the term 'uncomfortable'. Andrew acknowledged that the sofa situation was validated three weeks before we rented the unit. Reported to VRBO, the supervisor said 'no compensation for an uncomfortable couch', only if bed was 'uncomfortable' which it was soft, but took as personal preference. Conferenced with VRBO supervisor and Host Andrew. Andrew promised to send 73.00 compensation for the sofa situation via VENMO and I have not received, a week later. Do not rent if you plan to use the sofa to watch TV. Chair does not face TV. Also, mold all around bathtub, bed was soft, kitchen was nice. Still waiting for my money and VRBO should look into the tapes of conversation with the supervisor.
