Little Harbor

Everything was as advertised. Had a stopped bathroom sink that was taken care of within a day. Place was clean and right on canal. Tried calling management a couple of times only to get voicemail and no return call but did receive text replies pretty quickly. Had some issues with trying to get into Netflix upstairs, only downstairs was available and never did get a response if it was included or not. Nice amenities, including restaurant. Great for family.

Florida Family Fun

We had a nice time at the Ruskin location. It was nice to walk each day in a controlled environment. The kids liked the small gym and basketball court. The condo was nice.

Great time

The place was beautiful and it was everything i expected and more. The only thing i would add is beach chairs and a cooler . We didn't want ro buy thiluke that we can't take home on a plane. Better dishes like a regular size bowls, taller glasses besides wine and short one. Better cook ware to. Highly recommend.

Property was great for our needs. Loved watching the Dolphins, beach conveniently close and pool great also. We brought bikes and used them frequently. Host responded to our needs immediately.

The property was exactly as in the pictures. Beautiful location. We were equally as happy to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins as to make short travel to Sarasota and St. Petersburg. Many options available and very comfortable.

Great stay - Views and Relaxation

Our family of five (4 adults and 1 child) stayed at the property. It was exactly as pictured. The location was great. We were accessible to family in the area, shopping, and activities. The security (Officer Williams) was extraordinary, he was friendly, always on post in the evening and took pride in is work. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The balconies had great views of the canal. Great for boat watching, relaxation and morning coffee. All bedrooms have flat-screen tvs, with streaming options. The cable in the main living room for the tv was a bit problematic. We had to reset it several times. There are instructions and access to a property manager to assist. Also replacement batteries for the remotes should be made available to the renters. The unit comes with everything you need to prepare a meal (pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc). You bring everything else...groceries, drinks, coffee, and extra paper products. Kitchen was spacious. The unit was roomy and accomodating. Bathrooms clean. We had an enjoyable stay. This is my fourth time staying in Little Harbor. Great amenities on-site, walkable, and relaxing.

Very Nice Place and Community

My grandmother and I stayed here after hurricane Ian because she did not have water and electricty at her home. This townhouse was her home away from home. It was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants close by and went to the beach and pool.
