We loved the property. Very quiet and spacious. The amenities, pool and hot tub, were nice as well. We loved being able to go to the beach, pool, and restaurants on the same site. Will be back!

Week with Family

Property is well maintained with great water views and lots of space. We very much appreciated the beach towels available. Visiting in July the only thing we wished we had were some fans to keep air moving. Overall a wonderful stay.

An oasis in ruskin

We have stayed here twice due to its location and value. Though we had issues with towels,clothes hangers, dirty act vents and a vacuum that was completely clogged, thdmanagement and their response to issues was excellent. Wish they would have listed the fact that the beach was closed for most of the year in their description

Secluded

This was a very nice place to stay but it’s a very secluded beach and not many people in Ruskin. St. Petersburg wasn’t far and is a good place to go.

Loved It!!

This unpretentious townhouse overlooking the canal turned out to be our favourite stay ever. From the comfortable master bed to the well-designed kitchen to the hours we spent on the balconies, regularly watching dolphins and manatees pass by, we just loved staying here. We used the swimming pool and gym most days. We had plenty of room to park both cars eith plenty of space nearby for any visitors to park. We appreciated the security patrols. We walked all around the community. To top it off we walked the hundred yards to watch the sunset from the bar or the beach almost every day. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Beautiful stay in a great area

Loved the location and house. The only thing that was missing was ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living room. Being from FL, we are used to having ceiling fans on at all times. Otherwise, it was great for all 6 adults and baby!

Second visit, and we'll be back

Great place and great location to get away from everything. We stayed here about a year ago and enjoyed it enough to book a second stay at the same unit. Everything was great, but the property could use just a little upkeep. For example, our kitchen only had four mismatched drinking glasses and an odd assortment of plastic cups. Additionally, the screens on the sliding doors may not make it through the season. Finally, there's a small amount of grocery bags and papers left under one of the beds. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love this property, and we hope everything is just a bit updated when we get back for our next trip. Final note. Double check all of the windows and patio doors when you arrive. They are not easy to latch, and almost all of them were unlocked when we arrived.

Nice furniture, appliances, and area. Carpets need cleaning, no wash rags, and all sliding door blinds need replacing due to missing pieces. Otherwise, not a bad place. Sunset Grille was a very good restaurant. Hook’s restaurant was ok. There are places to eat, a Walmart, and Dollar Store within 10 min.

Nice and spacious

This was a great set up for my family. Rooms were nice and clean. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had a few hiccups with some maintenance that was addressed. It was confusing and unclear what items were available for rent—and the rental number was unavailable on our down day when we wanted to play tennis and try pickle ball. We were able to find shuffleboard and corn hole equipment. Pool was nice but water was pretty chilly. Overheard the heater has been broken for years—but I don’t recall it being marketed as a heated pool. This is more info for future renters.

Beautiful condo on the canal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ruskin. Peaceful, dolphin watching , and walking on the beach. Only thing I can think of that I would change is I wish that there were more cooking utensils and serving /mixing bowls. That would be. So appreciated. Otherwise great stay

Great Location

This is a lovely place within a short walking distance of a small private beach on the bay. It was roomy and the living room furniture was comfortable. There was a nice dinette set for 6 . Sleeping was ok. The king and queen bed were too hard for our liking but that could be personal preference. The kitchen was stocked with the basics for some light cooking. Though it could use 1 or 2 large bowls and some storage containers. The pools are nice. Our biggest complaint is that we had difficulty getting the front door to lock and unlock. It either needed new batteries or needed to be replaced. We definitely did not like that you could not test the door from the inside to see if it was locked or not because that would open it by design. Overall the stay was pleasant. The property manager responded to our email within a reasonable time. We loved walking down to the Sunset Grill on the beach each night for food and drinks. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset. They have good live music every night.

Lovely home, great location

We stayed here for about a week for a family vacation that was much needed. We easily visited Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in about a 35minute drive. House is very roomy, yet cozy. Extra pillows, blankets and sheets. Kitchen well equipt for all of your needs. The walk to the beach is about 5 mins. Thought we had lots of sporadic showed during every day we visited it was still quite enjoyable.

Ruskin town house

Great place to stay! Just enough space for 8, central location to all locations. Restaurant and tiki bar pool and beach super convenient. Beds comfortable, plenty of linen, kitchen poorly stocked, no containers, to put anything in no bowls for food prep, really disappointing that we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, all condiments salt pepper etc, for a week stay. As stated in prior comments the carpets still could use a cleaning but overall everything else was clean enough. Noted upon arrival that none of the vertical blinds worked upon arrival and some one was out measuring the next day so hope they get repaired or replaced. Thank you for allowing us to stay. I would rent again!

Dolphin shows daily.

Townhome wasn't the cleanest upon arrival. Rug in kitchen had about 15 years of stains on it. Had to roll up and cleaners brought out to garage. Under the couch we found dust, shoes, food, pens, crayons, and broken glass to name a few items. Blinds on all 3 bedrooms need work. Couldn't open one of them at all, which made balcony unusable. Patio doors need to be replaced. Had to struggle to open and close them. Property manager said a couple times there were gas grills available for our use in picnic area. There were not. There was 2 old charcoal grills. Location of townhome at resort was great. We were close to everything. Dolphins put on a show on almost everyday along the causeway. Seen tons of dolphins, manatees, and stingrays.
