"This is the prototype property that I want for all my stays. Perfect bedroom and bathroom for personal comfort. Bathroom was spacious and away from the toilet. Next to that were 2 full size Washer & Dryer appliances. At the front of the house was a Great Room that contained the Kitchen, Eating area and Family room. Fairly large yard outside that had the gas BBQ and eating area. Very close to shopping, Chevron Island (walking distance), Surfers Paradise (the beach), Sea World, Observation Tower....

Night time view from the spa was amazing and very relaxing. Ample room for everyone, very spacious. Only issues which was communicated is as follows: One of the family room lounges needs some upholstery work due to the cushioning being heavily worn. "This apartment was perfect for us, just as the pictures showed - gorgeous tasteful decor with lovely touches. My friend and I stayed for a conference and were thrilled to have this little hideway for our base. We collapsed on the 'sage lounge' as we called it and now want that exact lounge for ourselves.
