A modern 4-bedroom villa inside Senderos, a gated community near Tamarindo on Costa Rica's Guanacaste coast. Built for families and groups who want room to spread out and a place to come together — with the privacy and security of a gated home.

THE VILLA
Four bedrooms and four and a half baths across two levels, sleeping eleven across real beds. Two king master suites sit on separate floors, each with its own bath — ideal when two or three families travel together and everyone wants their own space. A third bedroom has a queen plus a single, and a family room has two queens. Open-concept living and dining flow into a fully equipped kitchen, with a separate powder room for common areas.

OUTDOOR LIVING
A large private pool anchors the back of the house, and the open kitchen runs out to a BBQ terrace built for long, slow dinners. Outdoor dining and lounge space for the whole group.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Senderos is a quiet, gated community a short distance from Tamarindo — the liveliest beach town on this coast, with the area's best run of restaurants, cafés and bars, surf for every level, and sunsets on the sand. The AutoMercado supermarket is close by, easy for cooking in for a group. You can walk to the beach and town; a car or golf cart is the easy way to make the most of the area. Beyond Tamarindo: Playa Grande and the Las Baulas turtle reserve, the surf at Avellanas, and quiet Playa Langosta, a short drive away.
