Golondrinas is a stunning luxury residence located within the exclusive community of Hacienda Pinilla. Thoughtfully designed with elegant architecture, premium finishes, and top-of-the-line appliances, this exceptional retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five spacious bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, and two offer queen-size beds. With four and a half beautifully appointed bathrooms, every guest enjoys privacy and comfort.

The open-concept layout creates a bright, inviting atmosphere, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas with the outdoor spaces.

Outdoor Living
Step outside into your private tropical oasis. The landscaped outdoor area features a sparkling pool, barbecue space, and a cozy fire pit, perfect for gathering with family and friends after a day of adventure or relaxation.

One of the area’s most beautiful and peaceful beaches is just a three-minute walk away. While all beaches in Costa Rica are public by law, this stretch feels wonderfully secluded thanks to its natural surroundings and light foot traffic.
