This unit was well stocked, just steps away from the pool. Property was clean, Zach the owner was very quick to respond to questions. There was a family of Holler Monkeys living in the trees above the parking lot which was so fun to watch. Easy walk to beach and area restaurants. Family oriented no loud partying going on. Would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing stay! We loved…having a great patio close to the pool, walking distance to the beach, three bathrooms for 4 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and so many beach toys, chairs, towels and boogie boards to enjoy beach time!!

The host was in constant contact with us and gave us many ideas on things to do and places to go.The rental was very spacious and everything was there - full kitchen appliances, fluffy towels, clean. We will be back. Loved the unit, the pool was right by the patio but private As we saw other units, we realized that this one was set back from the rest but it made it extra special.The air conditioning worked well.There was nothing lacking in this unit. It was exceptional.

Location is prefect! Beautiful condo. Whilst the experience with one of management company representative was less than satisfactory, Zach the owner went above & beyond to communicate & rectify the issue.I highly recommend this place & would stay again. The condo is in a prime location, walking distance to everything: beach, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, excursions. The home is very well stocked with everything you could need. I loved that items like beach chairs, a cooler, beach blankets, boogies boards and several extra towels were available. For our large group there was plenty of space and beds available. Would definitely return on my next visit to Tamarindo.

Five-Star Experience in Tamarindo – Felt Like Home!

Our stay at the Sunrise Condominiums in Tamarindo during the first week of May was nothing short of exceptional. From our first communication with our host, Zach, to our airport pickup by Victor, to the smooth checkout process—every detail was handled with care and professionalism.Zach was an incredible host. He stayed in regular contact with us before and during our trip, ensuring our check-in was seamless and that we had everything we needed to feel settled in. His attentiveness and thoughtful recommendations tailored to our family's interests truly stood out. It felt like we had a local guide and friend supporting us every step of the way.The condo itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, modern, and stocked with every amenity we could have asked for. The beds, linens, and furnishings were incredibly comfortable, making it feel like our own private oasis for the week. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the property was perfectly located—just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach.We had one of our best vacations here, and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Tamarindo. Spacious condo, excellent location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. Spacious, right by the pool, and excellent location. We walked everywhere! The only thing I can think of that would be nice to have in the unit would be beach towels so we didn’t have to use bath towels at the pool and beach but all other amenities were fantastic.Going to the office for check in seemed a little unnecessary- they gave me a key that didn’t work so I wound up returning it. There’s a number pad on the door anyways so you don’t even need a key.The host, Zach, was exceptional! He was incredibly responsive and took the time to send us information about favorite restaurants, things to do in the area, and explained how the local currency works. He provided contact information for a driver for us to/from the airport which was also very much appreciated! He even checked in with me a couple times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the condo for our first time in Costa Rica and would definitely stay again!

Winter get away with friends!

We loved the location, close to beach and town. Zach was quick to respond to any questions we had and hooked us up with a driver to and from the airport. Our driver was very helpful and stopped at the market for us on the way into town. We had 3 couples in our unit with ample room for everyone. We met many people at the pool that own their units and enjoyed their company. I hope to come back to CR and would certainly stay here again. Thank you, Zach, for sharing your home with us.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful VRBO in Tamarindo! The location is perfect for walking to the beach (across the street), restaurants, shops, bars, farmers market, etc. The owner was wonderful when communicating with us! The pool is fabulous!

Final stop on our 21 day trip

This property is located right in the middle of downtown. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Everyday we headed out to a different beach and ended the day in the pool. The kids loved it! The condo is right off the pool but far enough away that your not disturbed by pool noise, perfect. The condo itself was very spacious and comfortable for a party of 8, but it is in desperate need of repair and maintenance thou. Almost every single appliance (washer, dryer, dishwasher, Air conditioner, refrigerator, blender, toaster, toilet, beach chairs, deck chairs, kitchen stools, Tv's, knives) were broken or about to break. We spent our first dinner in the condo with a repair man on the floor in the kitchen attempting to fix the washing machine. He was unsuccessful. The last day we were there even the pool waterfall was out of order. These were small nuisance items that didn't ruin our experience but definitely were annoying since we thought we were splurging on our final location in country. One serious issue with the condo thou is the exterior sliding door is installed inside out. Which means you can't lock or block it. Instead of correcting the install, there is a pin that was rigged onto the door to try and fasten it but the slightest vibration makes it fall out leaving the condo completely unsecure. Which happened almost daily! Little unerving with thousands of dollars

Comfortable and well appointed

The home was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy cooking and time on the beach. The beach chairs and coolers were great to have. The beach is just across the street and everything you need is a short walk. 5 out of 5. Only note, the WiFi does not work in the bedrooms.
