Amazing View of the City and Beach

We stayed here for my Wifes 50th and invited some friends and family to stay with us, we had a total of 21 people at the property and still felt like we had plenty of space. The dirt road leading up to the entrance to the property was a little rough, and some of our guests could not comfortably do the walk up and down, I strongly suggest renting a golf cart (Which we did) but it's still pretty rough, even with a cart. The house keepers were amazing and cooked a great breakfast daily!

Perfect for large group

We had 17 family, all over 18 yrs old, and it was great. Jorge, Cris, Jessica, and Kendy were top notch. Our driver, Alberto, was patient, funny, and very welcoming. Couple items to prepare for: There are a few little four legged “bandits” that are out to steal your food (if left out). Hot water is a little tricky. Swimming pool is amazing but hard to grill due to lighting. Still I’ll give it a 9.5/10 😊

Our stay at this stunning house in Tamarindo was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. While the hill to get to the house is a bit steep, it's absolutely manageable and we found that renting golf carts made it a breeze. The house itself was amazing—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Every morning, Jorge and the fantastic cleaning staff prepared a delicious breakfast for us and kept everything spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Cris, our incredible concierge. She checked in on us daily, helping us set up an unforgettable catamaran day and an in-house chef dinner. Cris went above and beyond, even adjusting our sailing trip to the morning due to weather conditions, which we really appreciated. My friends and I had the time of our lives and can't wait to return. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Tamarindo. It's the perfect getaway!

Family trip

The property was fantastic. The house staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and cheerful everyday. Especially to our 9 grandchildren under 12 . Thankful for the wonderful breakfast they prepared for us. The concierge Cristina was the most helpful and patient woman helping us with all our questions and planning for places to go and transportation getting around with 19 people . She really deserves more then a 5 star rating . Thank you

40th Birthday Celebration best trip ever!

This stay was absolutely amazing and the house is breathtaking. The staff on hand are superb and do their best to make sure all your wants and needs are fulfilled. Very kind people. The house concierge, Christina Gonzalez gave first class service. All the excursion were beyond anything we could have imagined and her hospitality, and coordination of activities, rides, chefs, etc is unmatched! I highly recommend this property and their team! We will Be back again for sure!

Dream Vacation

We stayed here with a group of 12 friends , celebrating milestone birthdays. Everything about this house was a dream from the views, to the layout and cleanliness. What made this vacation even more beautiful was the staff, and services . Jorge , Hessica and Kandy were so lovely and made us feel even more comfortable. I also cannot tell you how helpful Cristina’s concierge services were. Everything she booked for us was amazing and she was so easy to communicate with. We loved everything about our time in Tamarindo and can only hope to be back someday!

Amazing vacation with family & friends

The property was beyond what we imagined or the pictures showed! The house is enormous! There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room! The staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious every morning! House was immaculate! The view was breathtaking!! Thanks to other reviews we knew to rent cars to get up and down the hill from the house. We will all definitely be coming back again!! Thanks for a fantastic time!!

Incredible sunsets!

Incredible home with incredible views. Everyone enjoyed themselves hanging out together in the pool and living area! All the excursions we went on picked us up right out front. Although the road to this house is steep, it isn’t very long. About 1/3 of a mile to the heart of the main strip and beach!

Spring Break 2023

Beautiful house, very comfortable, bedrooms are nicely spread out so plenty of privacy. Pool great, staff was great though we were not very demanding. For example, they were more than willing to cook breakfast, but we were not in the mood. Cris and the concierge service was EXCELLENT. She knows the best of the best. The only downside is that as nice as the house is, the infrastructure of Tamarindo is woefully inadequate. The walk down to town on the dirt/gravel road is OK, but the walk up is only for the STRONG. Hard to believe multi-million dollar homes are on such an inadequate road. Glad we rented a car. View was spectacular, once you could ignore the cell tower in front of you. Overall nice, but next time we go for more convenience.

The ultimate place to gather friends or family

This property is absolutely stunning. There is so much space and the rooms are all really well designed with their own bathrooms and AC. The communal area is central and open with a big kitchen, living room and dining room all with panaromic views of the ocean and all the epic sunsets. The staff onsite was amazing as well. They were polite and so helpful. They made breakfast for us each day with groceries that we supplied. They kept the property sparkling clean every day and were so kind and fun to talk to. The hill to get to this house is quite steep. We had to downgrade our 6-seater golf cart order to 4-seaters instead due to weight capacity and the hill. But everything in town is super close within a 10 min drive or less. Very easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, bars, etc. We had a big group of 20 and we had plenty of space to spread out. It was an epic week in Tamarindo. We loved it so much.

Puro Perfection

The property is extraordinary...laid out with elegant and comfortably separated accommodations for all and gathering spaces throughout. We were a party of 16, from age 1 to 88. The view and location are exceptional--a short walk into town and beach and yet a private oasis. The absolute best part was the kindness, efficiency and grace of the staff! Jorge, Kendy and Jessica did everything possible to make sure we were looked after from the moment we arrived, taking care of the place and each of us with that art that is responsive and genuine and never obtrusive. And the Stay in Tamarindo concierge service from Cristina and Adriana was brilliant in getting rental equipment lined up and in place, from gear for the baby to golf cart for Granddad. And a fabulous massage for me! The only hiccup we experienced was an alarm tripped by an animal, unfortunately on a Saturday NYE, with the house staff finished for the day and off on Sundays. In the circs it took longer than usual to get the situation resolved, but it got fixed. Highly recommend this rental!

Fabulous 8 bedroom house overlooking bay

Myself and 7 other couples traveled from the US to meet and spend a week celebrating friendships and my 50th birthday. I was able to plan a bunch of activities from the US with Cris, the house concierge and all around fixer of any problem we had. She was awesome and helped us throughout our stay with any changes additions and surprises. The house had two wonderful ladies who made us breakfast every morning and the house manager Jorge who took care of the property and any issues we had. The infinity pool was a most unbelievable place to watch the sun set every evening and the open covered room was a optimal spot for us to hangout. They also had a nice long table for dinners as we had a local chef cook us delicious meals including all of the Mahi Mahi we caught on our deep sea fishing outing. We rented two golf carts and used them to get down into town quickly and easily. We scheduled multiple excursions with Cris before hand and they all went off without a hitch. This was truly one of the best vacations with friends we have ever had and would highly recommend staying here and working closely with Cris to plan an awesome time. Pura Vida!

Amazing

This house has it all. Party of sixteen - plenty of room for privacy and gatherings. Great location, unbelievable view. There is a giant radio tower not shown in the pictures, which is the only thing making this place of earth not heaven. Book it.

Overall an enjoyable experience!

Myself and a group of 16 others stayed in this house and had a wonderful stay. The views were beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. The concierge also helped us to set up great activities (our personal favorite was the boat ride!). Things to note: Most of the bathrooms are open so you may see some critters (bugs/geckos) which was really the main area of discomfort. Some rooms also had some hot water issues in the showers, but Jorge helped us out there! Aside from that, the house is what we expected and then some. The rooms had AC/fans to keep cool, the staff regularly cleaned the premises, and the host/concierge checked in to make sure we were alright. The location was also close to a lot of restaurants, including Agua Salada which we all loved. Thanks to the team for allowing us to enjoy Tamarindo!

Exceptional property

The styling and layout of this home far exceeds the photographs and description. The privacy and flow of the home and courtyard is exquisite and incredibly unique. Every room is well appointed, comfortable, and private. This home easily accommodates 8 couples or 2-3 large families. We were 2 families with 5 mostly teens between the two couples. The kitchens are well equipped with everything you could need., and 2 full size refrigerators with ice makers a huge plus. The dining table is perfect for large meals. The location to town is fantastic, and walkable if you can handle traversing up a steep drive. We walked everywhere. The patio and living room views, especially of the sunset, are truly remarkable. The house staff are wonderful, kind, and super helpful, though my only knock on the property is we wished we could have had the option to not have the staff daily. Every other day would have been a better arrangement. But absolutely best of all for this property is the management team. Cristina, Adriana and Melanie are fantastic - exceptional communication, on top of everything, super responsive, and their activity recommendations and booking services wonderful. The best team I’ve ever worked with for a vacation. My only constructive comment other than the house staff schedule mentioned above - several of the showers’ water controls were in need of repair making temp control or even operation challenging. Everything else is world class.

Wedding Location

We rented this home to host our wedding with our family and friends and could not have been more happy about choosing this spot. The rooms were all very spacious for our guests and the common areas were great for the festivities and family style meals. The home is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, breweries and bars, but the bill is pretty steep (being on a hill though make the views amazing). There are also lots of monkeys and birds to watch. Needless to say, it was a huge success and the wedding group is already talking about future visits.

Return to paradise

This was our 2nd time staying here at the home. Fell in love just as much as we did the first time. The only (not a huge deal) the rooftop was not accessible like the first time. Highly recommend for a family and friend stay. Home away from home.
