Perfect Stay

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The condo was as presented, check in was easy and had quick responses for questions. Lola was amazing. The welcome gift was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Sunrise and sunset views and a very walkable location.My only suggestion is to provide luggage racks for the rooms that do not have a closet/dresser.

Great location, right in the middle of everything

Condo was great. Fantastic views. Lots of space for our two families. (4 adults and 4 teenagers). Tons of bathrooms, important when travelling with 4 teenage girls. Location of condo was right in the middle of everything. Close to beach, grocery stores and restaurants.

Beautiful Oceanview Condo

We had a great time staying at this beautiful, prime location penthouse condo. It served as a perfect base for us and our family to explore, adventure, and most importantly relax. Everything that we needed or wanted to do in Tamarindo was within walking distance. The beach was so close, all the stores are nearby, but you are far back enough from the hustle that it always felt peaceful and undisturbed anywhere on the property. Amazing condo to come back to after our days outdoors, and a beautiful space to get to wake up in every morning. Nothing beats the views from the balcony to start or end your day. Outdoor patios were a great place to entertain for dinner. The pool and our private hot tub were awesome for our family.Everything about our stay in this penthouse felt comfortable. Perfect location, Great amenities, calm and comfortable environment for all of us.Pura Vida

Great Location

Overall, this was a good property. The location was right in town, and it was easy to walk to everything. Communication with the leasing company was excellent; they quickly responded to questions. The pool area was clean, and lots of chairs were available. The AC worked well downstairs, but it was a bit warm upstairs. There were enough pool towels for each of us to have one, but could have used a few more bath towels. The inside was very clean but a bit old and could use some updating. The grout around the tubs could be replaced, and the ice maker does not make but a few cubes. All of the furniture is very hard, including the beds. The downstairs couch is very small for such a large property. We had a wonderful time visiting this area.

Good not great

The good: Great views, property management very responsive. Beds are extremely comfortable. The not so good: Upon arrival we only were given 4 card keys, and none worked. Had to wait for awhile to get 7 working ones. Property needs a good once over by the owner. Missing and broken chairs. Bathroom sliding door needs a fix. No hooks in bathrooms for towels, no suitcase stands, and very little closet space. Only 1 parking spot for 2 families meant we had a share a golf cart between 7 ppl. Coffee maker upstairs does not have all parts (carafe belongs to a different machine). Only one hairdryer in upstairs unit (2 bathrooms). We were there 10 days and housecleaning was only there one time, and looked like they did the bare minimum. Had to ask for garbage bags 3 times (only had the one bag that was in bin when we arrived), took 24 hours to get housekeeping to get them for us. (Property manager responded immediately and let housekeeping know we needed bags). As far as the outdoor experience goes (Diria resort as a whole), the pool nearest the complex does not allow guests to bring in their own food or drinks. That would be no issue if the staff working at the swim up bar was tripled. The wait to get a drink was way too long, and the staff appeared tired, unfriendly, and overworked.

Awesome vacation!

We stayed at this amazing penthouse over Thanksgiving with 2 families. Plenty of room for all 8 of us and wonderful accommodations. It's in a great location with access to everything by foot. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is very relaxing with a fun pool bar. Geoff and Tes were fantastic hosts and very easy to communicate with. The penthouse itself has everything you need and more for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this place and we can't wait to go back again!

Hot tub was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. AC worked really well and I really have no complaints about the house. The check in instructions were not very clear nor was how to access the building and get keys. The agency sent me a bunch of messages on Whatsapp but failed to tell me they were doing so. If you don't know to check the app then you don't get the messages. :-)So rental agency communication would have been the only area for improvement.

Love this property and location!

Property was definitely as advertised! Wonderful location and views of the beach from our balcony. The Diria pool access was really nice. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. We hope to come back and would rent this condo again.

Enough space and bathrooms so we could spread out, or come together on the porches outside to soak in the views of the ocean. You have partial access to the main Diria pool, which is a great bonus area to relax outside the condo. Easy walking distance to get to anything in town, we didn’t even use our car the whole time there. The unit is clean and maintained. The property contact Susan was very responsive, helpful and easy to work with if anything came up. I recommend using the safes just in case maintenance or someone needs to enter the unit unexpectedly. Highly recommend!
