We Loved It!

Our stay at Casa Oceana was perfect! Eight adults, an infant, a toddler and a 5 year old. The house was perfect for our group. The pool and undercover patio was the main gathering spot for the family, as was the Beach Club - also a great place to hear and see the howler monkeys almost every day. Our oldest grand daughter learned how to swim at the club! Helen was super helpful and was loving to our grands. She made us terrific breakfasts every morning along with refreshing our towels everyday. Thank you for providing a beautiful place for our whole family to be together! We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Fun place for our group

We had a great time at this property. While we had a delay of 45 minutes to get into the property because of gate security and lack of communication, the house is beautiful. It was very hard to stream anything like movies or tv shows because the WiFi couldn’t handle all of our devices. While we had some other maintenance issues, the management got them fixed in a timely manner. Great space for a big group of friends and family.

We loved our stay! We were a group of 12 adults and loved how spacious the home was! We loved the location, pool, the giant fridge that could fit all of our stuff and Hellen! We would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Costa Rica

Exceeded expectations!

The house was amazing, very clean and with a lay out that easily accommodated our family of 16. The extra large dining table was our go to place since it could easily accommodate all of us for meals, socializing and games. The pool area was stunning and made an awesome background for our group picture. About 2 months prior to our visit, Olber (concierge) emailed us brochures of things to do and offered reservation assistance. He was also available to answer any questions we had which helped with planning our trip. Helene was absolutely wonderful!!!!! She is very friendly and everyone just loved her🤗. Her breakfasts were awesome and surpassed all expectations!!! Helene also provided light housekeeping and replenished bath and beach towels as needed (plenty of beach towels were available for our large family). We would definitely recommend this amazing villa for large groups visiting Costa Rica!!!!

Family vacation

Property was beautiful & very clean. Spacious & had everything we needed for a family of 18. The lady who cooked & cleaned (I think her name was Helen) was wonderful!!! She cooked anything we asked for. She was very friendly & did her job well. The company was great with booking & recommendations for chefs, restaurants & excursions. Loved everything about our stay. The weather even cooperated even though it was the rainy season.

Awesome trip

Magical gem

Helen is absolutely amazing. She made our stay very enjoyable. Her breakfasts in the mornings were simply amazing and she kept the house clean and tidy. The house is well designed with a large kitchen, TV room, beautiful pool and plenty of large rooms. We will be visiting this property again.

Great house

Great house, very big place, Helen was awesome and used their transportation guy Yeffrey who was very good. We had a large group of 14 and was able to accommodate. House was very clean, everything worked. Only issue was the security gate with Uber drivers. Was a PIA by trying to get them into thru the gate. Yes I understand it’s great to have security but it was a little much.

Ah-maxing

We had such a lovely time at this villa. It was spacious to host my family who came for our wedding. The hosts were responsive. Helen was so wonderful in preparing a delicious breakfast each morning. It was nothing short of spectacular. Would highly, highly recommend.

Amazing villa

We had a big group of 16 stay at Casa Oceana. We loved our experience. Helen did an amazing job cooking us breakfast and keeping the villa in pristine condition. We got to see howler monkeys swinging in the trees. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home, excellent perk with breakfast!

This is a great house and Helen (the breakfast cook and housekeeper) is amazing! Helen made our mornings relaxing and enjoyable as she supplied a lovely breakfast with eggs, rice and beans, fresh fruit and coffee. She also would clean trash from the rooms every day and make sure the house was clean and beds were made/ clean. The services she offered made the home much more enjoyable. The property is just as described, it is clean, well kept, and the kitchen is well equipped with an ice maker! The outdoor space is great and the pool can be enjoyed by all ages. The beach club is a short drive away and offers the beach and a bigger pool. The restaurant at the beach house is great for lunch and dinner and drinks. The Marriott is a quick drive away as well far has a great ice cream shop if you want to check out that hotel. Their beach is also lovely. We did schedule a couple excursions through Blue Zone which was great, they pick you up right at the house. We also hired a personal chef (Sebastian) who catered a delicious evening meal for our crew of 16 for a special birthday celebration. He and his staff were wonderful! The ONLY downside to this property is that it is not directly on the ocean, so you have to drive to see or hear the ocean. I would highly recommend this house and Blue zone for scheduling your activities. The team is great!!!

AMAZING

Hellen was amazing! She was so sweet with the kids and was flexible with our schedule. She kept the house immaculate. We even had a load of wash in the washing machine and she dried it and folded our clothes while we were at the beach. The house was perfect. Beds were comfy, had all the supplies we needed, and it was so clean. We felt incredibly safe at the house. Will definitely be returning! We booked a private catamaran through host and it was amazing! You wont regret booking this house!

First time freinds vaca

This was a first time six couple get together for vacation the house fit us all extremely well Helen was phenomenal with her breakfast and keeping the house clean the house is in very good condition for being probably I would say 10 years old there was some construction going on next door which looked like to be almost finished that was a bit of a disturbance when you're trying to sit around the pool during the day and early into the evening the monkeys come by early morning if you want to get up to see them they are pretty spectacular wish it was closer to some of the things we wanted to do but that was our mistake for not investigating that part of it overall a very good time a very well laid out house for large groups and would go back again

Beautiful Home, but check about neighborhood construction

Beautiful home with a great pool and backyard. There is a new community of homes being built directly adjacent to the left side of the backyard. Construction equipment starts around 6:30 am and continues to about 5:00 pm and is very loud. We did yoga in the backyard and often couldn’t hear the instructor - that loud. Confirm when construction will be complete before booking. We were not aware there would be construction when we booked.

Excellent experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious for our family - 8 adults and 8 kids. We loved animal watching in the backyard including howler monkeys, hummingbirds, deer, toucans and many other birds. It was an easy drive to the beach club with easy beach access, nice pool and great food/drinks. Helen cooked delicious breakfasts and kept the house tidy for us (and we loved her!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Absolutely perfect

We had a magnificent stay. The property was beautiful. We started our mornings with a delicious homemade breakfast by Helen. The only noise we heard on the property where the howler monkeys. Watching them play in the trees while we sat by the pool and sipped our drinks was pure entertainment. It was a memorable vacation and the people of Costa Rica are beautiful inside and out.

You will not regret booking this property!!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Casa Oceana. The pictures do not do the place justice. The house was super clean. Helen was fantastic. She cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning and was attentive to our needs. Olber and Kelly assisted us with all our transportation and activities. Super helpful and excellent communication! I would recommend this property to anybody who want to enjoy Costa Rica.

Beautiful Experience

This home is as posted in pics. It is in a gated community and the Hacienda Pinilla Resort pool restaurant is great. They make excellent drinks and very tasty food and, pool is right in front of the beach. Helen was so attentive to our needs in the home and makes the most delicious breakfast. Blue Water travel was excellent at answering any questions or concerns that we had. Highly recommend their services.
