We had an amazing stay at this beautiful VRBO near Langosta Beach! The home was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group, with three comfortable bedrooms w/private bathrooms there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The private pool was a huge highlight and quickly became our favorite place to relax after beach days.The location is fantastic—just minutes from Langosta Beach and a short drive to great restaurants, shops, and Tamarindo. The property felt private and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to do. The management company was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home base in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time in Playa Langosta. It had been several years since we’d visited and there were several new restaurants within walking distance of the house and of course the proximity to the beach is wonderful for morning walks and sunset watching. The house was perfect for our family.

Terrific time in Tamarindo

Beautiful location excellent and comfortable accommodation that very comfortably sleeps 6. Great pool to cool off after a hot day house is fully equipped for cooking and just living. Everything is there for a fun comfortable air-conditioned stay two minutes from the Pacific. Perfect!!

A place to Relax

I felt like I was able to catch up on 3 weeks worth of sleep. Very peaceful. Bring all your toiletries as they only provide a bar of soap.

Casa Del Mar has a perfect location for Tamarindo! We were out of the hustle and bustle of the town but it was still easily accessible (via car or golf cart). Located just across the street from the beach, we had a nice combo of beach time and enjoying the private pool. Lots of rocky spots on the closest beaches so make sure to bring water shoes. Overall house was well maintained and would easily recommend it to others House was very comfortable for our family. Two full bedrooms (with sitting areas) and bathrooms upstairs and the master was downstairs with bathroom and laundry en-suite. The extra half bath was an added bonus. Plenty of room to hang out in the family room and watch tv or play games. Kitchen wasn’t huge but had enough amenities for us to be able to cook a few meals. We did a concierge grocery run ahead of time but the stores were open even on the holidays so probably unnecessary. There is a well stocked little market just around the corner. m

Reviewer Comments: The only issue was that there was no Internet access despite that it was advertised as available. It should be clear that there is not access, or access should be provided for an additional fee. The property manager wasn't even aware that the property owner takes the router home so guests can't use their wireless! Manager responded on 10/30/2013: There is now Wi-Fi access in this unit. There is a router for guests. Thanks!

This is the only place my husband can forget about work completely without phones or internet. We love the private pool where you never have to leave and the secret gardens but, too many great restaurants (favs, Ursula's, Taco Stop). Great new AutoMercado grocery store since the last time we were there with gourmet quality meats and vegetables and a good liquor dept. A perfect getaway for 2 easygoing, friendly couples.
