Our stay and experience here was amazing! Every part, from the property, to Aly the concierge, to Mikel and Leandro, to Nikki, each and every part made our first time in Costa Rica like a dream come true. And even when breakdowns happened, through no fault of them, (for example when the electric meter went out), Leandro stayed the day to make sure it got taken care of. Aly helped us so much in booking our adventures and ALL our transportation, and even our golf carts, and made it all so convenient. Since I was traveling with all my family (myself, my husband, my 19 year old daughter, 18 year old god daughter, 9 year old son, 2.5 year old daughter, the nanny, and my sister and niece came afterwards for a week), I had a lot of people to handle. However because the property was so great, and the staff helped out in whatever we needed, it made the stay so easy. The location is amazing! It's not in Tamarindo proper, so we were able to have peace at night. However it was close enough for us to jump on a golf cart and go wherever we needed to go and get there in 10 minutes or less. Even the big grocery store Auto Mercado, that's all the way across the other side we were able to get there in less than 10 minutes on a golf cart. I LOVED being able to go to everywhere in a golf cart. The rooms are cool with fresh AC air. The water is always reliably hot when we took showers. And the house was CLEAN. I always get a little nervous when I go to an VRBO because I worry the place will smell "humid" or like "mold" or "old" when the air hasn't been circulating. My family has asthma and these smells trigger them easily. However that was not the case at all here. The moment we walked in, we could tell the place has been kept very well, it was very clean, and my husband and son didn't have any asthma attacks. In fact we made a note how my son didn't have to use his inhaler not even 1 time. That's how dust free and clean the property is. Nikki was so kind and helpful and answered my questions and from this experience we are seriously looking to purchase property in Costa Rica. We are hooked. We want to live there, and we will. And it all started with this amazing experience we had at Casa Puesta Del Sol Villa 2. Thank you Nikki, Aly, Mikel and Leandro for giving us the vacation of a lifetime. We so appreciate it.
