"1) communication breakdown - message was not attended after paying the deposit until checking out 2) property pictures is not as advertised on app! Misleading. 3) rundown furnitures most of it. Beds - sagging mattresses sunk in the middle, sofa - material almost torn apart, chairs - sunken, parquet tiles missing here and there. 4) water heater all ruined and wasn’t told. No checking? 5) upper bathroom, toilet cant flush. No checking? 6) porch’s light and fan fused? Has already switched...

"Didn't enjoy the loud lounge singers heard from the bedroom singing late ino the night, or the terrible pool music. Not given the sea view room I booked, or a quiet room I requested. However room was changed the next morning by helpful reception staff and porter. Beach is very nice but the swinging chairs are rusty and falling apart."

"Teníamos muchas expectativas del lugar, perdimos nuestra reservación y no pudieron ayudarnos, tuvimos que pagar nuevamente. Al entrar, la habitación no olía bien, el personal no nos entendía, la alberca estaba muy sucia y en general el servicio muy pobre. "
