The residence is composed of semi-detached cottages organized into seven distinct hamlets, offering a peaceful retreat just 7 km from the local beaches and town center. For golf enthusiasts, the Port-Bourgenay course is conveniently situated only 3 km away, while the first shops and amenities are within a short drive.

The interior of this cottage is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to four guests, featuring a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed and a separate bedroom furnished with two single beds. A well-appointed kitchen includes modern essentials such as ceramic hobs and a dishwasher to ensure a convenient stay. Each unit also features a private terrace equipped with garden furniture, providing a lovely space to enjoy the surrounding greenery.

Guests have access to an impressive range of shared leisure facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool available from mid-May through mid-September. For relaxation, the property offers a whirlpool as well as sauna and hammam sessions. Active visitors can make use of the tennis court, multisports ground, and ping-pong tables, while a dedicated playground is available for children. Practical features such as a television, one parking space per unit, and a bike storage area are also included to enhance your experience in the Pays de la Loire region.
