This charming holiday home is located in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, set within a beautiful natural landscape designed to recreate the atmosphere of a traditional Vendée village. The residence is made up of semi-detached cottages arranged across seven hamlets, offering a peaceful retreat on the Côte de Lumière. You are perfectly positioned for exploring the region, with the Port-Bourgenay golf course just 3 km away and the local beaches and town center within a 7 km drive.

The interior of this cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The living space features a main area with a double sofa bed and a separate bedroom furnished with two single beds. Additionally, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds provides a cozy space for two more guests. The home includes a functional kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs and a dishwasher, as well as a private terrace with garden furniture for relaxing in the fresh air.

Guests have access to an array of premium shared facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool available from mid-May through mid-September. For relaxation, the property offers a whirlpool, sauna, and hammam, while active visitors can enjoy the tennis court, multisports ground, and ping-pong tables. With a television, private parking space, and a dedicated playground for children on-site, this residence serves as an ideal base for a peaceful and versatile coastal escape.

- The hot tub can be booked for an extra charge of €10 per session or €45 for a package of 5 sessions. The same pricing applies to the sauna and steam room.

- Wi-Fi and beds made upon arrival are available as paid services. These services are not included in the booking price and must be paid on-site during the stay.
