The stay was perfect for our need. we were there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and needed the space to house our guest, we did not use the pool or Hot Tub. The house was well equipped with plenty of Kitchen utensils and necessities.

The house is absolutely adorable and was nicely equipped with everything we needed, linens, towels, cookware, entertainment, and extras. The hosts were very attentive and communicated throughout the stay. We were only expected to do minimum cleanup activities- unlike other places we've stayed.We definitely recommend this house and plan to return ourselves.

Not kept up to what a five star rating would be. Cleaniness lacking. Fans dusty, oven was dirty, had melted cheese, pool screen still missing and ripped. Would not rent again.

Such a great place

The home is so welcoming. Plenty of games to play. We absolutely love the pool. The kitchen was big enough for all the women in the house cooking meals. The location was the best. Nothing was really very far from the house yet we were in a nice neighborhood surrounded by trees. Making it feel as if we were far away from city life. The hostess texted to ensure we were doing ok. And if we did need her she answered quickly. Definitely would stay here again.

The perfect home for my grandboys!!!

This was the perfect home to rent for my 5 grandboys. At the fun ages of 10, 5, 2.8, and twin 19month olds, this place nailed it! The large family room attached to the bedroom with (2) bunk beds and a day bed along with a pool and plenty of floating devices was the highlight for my grandboys. They were delighted about having their own space with a popcorn machine and plenty of games/toys/tvs. The kitchen was more than what we expected. Plenty of everything you need to cook for 4 adults and 5 children. The appliances in this home are the stars of this show! The refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven are state of the art and very large! Coffee station.....on point!! There were plenty of dishes and kitchen tools also. We brought our own air fryer for those quick finger foods in between meals. We spent a good deal of time in the pool. I love how the pool is secure and visible from the den. The host was great! They checked in with me via text every step of the way. They were very helpful at Pink Porch LLC when I inadvertently locked myself out of the house. They walked me through how to unlock the door and was very reassuring during this process because I was very frantic. I'll never forget how kind they were in helping me over the phone. I can't remember the gentleman's name that talked me through it...but thank you again! I would HIGHLY recommend this place and will stay here again when I come to Tallahassee.

Great Home

Well tis home is exceptional. Everything you could possiby need is there. Tons of games for the family, pool, hot tub, just great. Host was very accessable and entry was a breeze. Walmart is walking distance so get what you need and bring it to your sub zero refrigerator. Pots, Pans Silver, dishes, glasses, bath and beach towels just to name a few things. Home is so cozy. You wont be sorry if you book this one.

Fantastic Stay!

Our group was in town for a work trip and we had a fantastic stay here! The home is well maintained, well stocked, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and our host was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family weekend

My family had an amazing weekend together at this property! The house is beautiful and a great size for a larger group. My nieces and nephews had so much in the pool! The location also is very convenient and just moments away from stores, restaurants, etc. The host was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Big Family Home

This home was amazing for me and my family. We ranged from 5 to 75+ and each enjoyed the stay. The home was big with plenty of room to spread out. Even the teenagers had space to get away. Be prepared to cook in this amazing kitchen! You will feel like a professional chef! The pool was great for the kiddos and the hot tub was perfect for the adults. The location is perfect for Tallahassee. Look no further! Rory and the hosts are top notch and make sure your stay is PERFECT! I will be back with the family for sure!

My family truly enjoyed our time at the property. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and playing the games at the property. We pretty much had everything we needed at the property. The host was excellent and answered our questions and concerns quickly! Overall great experience.

Impeccable Family Getaway

Property was beautiful - pictures don’t do it justice! Accommodations for all generations. Our family could not have enjoyed our stay more. Location is great for day trips. We went to St. George’s island, Tallahassee Museum, and the Caverns in Marianna. The house was ready and waiting for us to unwind each day. Plenty of space for everyone to get some R&R. I could not recommend this place more. I would stay here again and hope to.

Relaxing Retreat

First, I have to say Rorry is one the best hosts I have dealt with. Super responsive to any needs and so sweet! We stayed for our summer youth church trip and everyone was able to be comfortable and truly relax and recharge. House was very clean and neat, they had tons of extra misc. items that made it even more enjoyable. We had only a few minor issues with the grill and ice maker not working, but overall nothing that put a damper on anything. Pool and hot tub were both clean and super fun! As a group, we try and find new places every year, but we will definitely consider staying here again!

Tallahassee Family Home

We took an impromptu trip to Tallahassee to visit family and friends for the 4th of July. The house was really better than described (the pictures don’t do it justice) and everyone enjoyed the layout for cooking meals, relaxing and swimming. The host provided more than I’ve ever experienced & had the shortest and easiest check out EVER! Made it easy for a mom of 3 to get in and out!

Family birthday getaway

This house was amazing. Tons of space, games, pool floats and more! We lived in the pool and spa. They also have anything you might have forgot at home or if they don’t Walmart is right up the road. We had a blast here. We all highly recommend. 2 teens, 2 pre teens and 3 adults.
