I think the clerk checking us in was having a bad day. She seemed preoccupied and could have been more friendly. All other staff encountered were friendly. The room could have been cleaner. We found hair in the shower, toilet seat and it appeared food was smeared next to the bed board next to the light. Carpets need shampooing my white socks are now brown. Hotel was quiet and seemed extremely busy with people checking in and out.

Staff was very rude and too many issues. Requested extra items for room through request when you purchase l. Called hotel to confirm request and they said items will be in room. Items were not there; I asked later Friday evening for the items again, they told me that they are short staff and can’t help. I found a housekeeper the next day and got what I needed. When making phone calls, staff are very disrespectful and do not know how to talk to guest. Also, we ordered breakfast at restaurant and not only did it take over 30-40mins to get the food, but they were missing 1 of the 2 orders. So we had to wait again only for them to say they are out of the item that was ordered 40 minutes ago. Mind you we are waiting at the bar area the entire time. Lastly, employees are constantly profiling. This is not my first complaint and it will not be my last if this continues. Please tell employees to be very careful when it comes to this. Especially if the customer comes to your location often. I spoke to the GM and Housekeeping Manager multiple times and it appears that terrible customer service and profiling is ok at this hotel. I will never recommend and I evidence upon request.

tech wasn't the greatest!
The regular broadcast televisions stations were never available only cable networks and they did nothing to help us solve that problem. they said they would fix after we left which obviously didn't help us. Also, we couldn't get internet to hook up on our phones and they had no solutions for that?!?!?

The property was good and clean. Parking lot was a little dim should have brighter lighting. We checked in late so no one was watching the desk when we arrived. Check in was smooth when we did find someone. Beds were comfortable. We had problems with the toliet flushing and it backed up completely the day we were checking out. Called at 730am to have maintenance come but no one showed up we checked out at 9am still no one showed up. We had to go downstairs to lobby use restroom.Rest of the stay was good.
