Staff was very rude and too many issues. Requested extra items for room through request when you purchase l. Called hotel to confirm request and they said items will be in room. Items were not there; I asked later Friday evening for the items again, they told me that they are short staff and can’t help. I found a housekeeper the next day and got what I needed.
When making phone calls, staff are very disrespectful and do not know how to talk to guest. Also, we ordered breakfast at restaurant and not only did it take over 30-40mins to get the food, but they were missing 1 of the 2 orders. So we had to wait again only for them to say they are out of the item that was ordered 40 minutes ago. Mind you we are waiting at the bar area the entire time.
Lastly, employees are constantly profiling. This is not my first complaint and it will not be my last if this continues. Please tell employees to be very careful when it comes to this. Especially if the customer comes to your location often.
I spoke to the GM and Housekeeping Manager multiple times and it appears that terrible customer service and profiling is ok at this hotel. I will never recommend and I evidence upon request.
