"Chapter Two is right in the heart of Malton, close to shops & restaurants. The rooms are spacious, with quirky decor & immaculately clean. Chapter Two is a lively bar for a G&T or cocktail, the staff are very friendly. We cycled to Malton and were abke to store our bikes in the secure lobby throughout our stay. Can't recommend this place highly enough!"

"We asked for aground floor as we do not do well with steps and they put us in an annex which was obviously new and was just right for us. Our fault that we didn't ask for clean towels etc.
The staff are all very welcoming and the meals variable and very enjoyable."
"We had an amazing stay it exceeded our expectations. Stayed in the Camelia Suite overlooking the outdoor pool. It had an outdoor terrace with seating.
Sunday lunch was the best we’ve ever tasted and the breakfast was good produce and very tasty.
All of the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
A special mention to Stuart on reception and Happiness and Mia in the restaurant. The bar staff were really good too but sadly I didn’t note their names.

"Really nice couple of nights in the White Swan. Staff all lovely and friendly, nothing was an issue. Room all clean and fresh. Only one thing was the bed was too soft for us but everyone is different. Food was beautiful, limited menu and quite pricey but very nice. Parking was a bit limited. Couldn’t get parked at first. Overall I would definitely recommend."

At reception we was met and all was explained about the hotel facilities, our room was clean and well kept and comfortables. So with further to do we will be returning for another visit."

"Cashed in some one key points for night away . Took the scenic route from Gateshead and visited Richmond , Aysgarth Falls , Grassington and Thirsk on the way .
Had a couple of beers in the beer garden , freshened up then a gorgeous meal in the orangery.
