"It was indeed a charming house. Everything was "as advertised." The home was clean, well-appointed, with heat and air conditioning and modern bathrooms. The host was flexible when we requested an earlier arrival time, which made our stay possible. It easily accommodated our party of 5, which included an infant who needed a portable sleeping crib. Altogether excellent!"

"The location was on an alley. The room was tiny, barely big enough to hold a bed. It smelled horrible. Communication took a half hour between messages. The key was left on the air conditioner outside then another key on a fake windowsill between the doors - anyone who had ever stayed there before would be able to come into my room. The people in the other room could be heard having sex. The owner told me if I needed a towel, that room was open and I could go take one. I couldn’t stay there and...
