"Since the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was disorganized and discourteous.
I arrived with a private driver and was instructed to remain in the car because there were too many guests checking in. Staff wanted us to wait in the parking area, and I had to request to speak with a manager because my driver needed to leave and I could not simply remain outside waiting.
After reaching reception, I asked about the hotel services and was informed that dinner reservations were required. However, despite arriving at the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, I was told that dinner was already fully booked and no reservation was available. As a result, I had to leave the hotel to find somewhere else to eat.
The next morning, I attempted to order breakfast to my room and was informed that breakfast also required a reservation. At no point had anyone explained this during check-in. Consequently, I had to leave the hotel again to find food elsewhere.
That same day, I tried to reserve breakfast for the following morning, but I was told it was already fully booked. This was at approximately 3:00 PM the day before, yet I was already being told that I would not be able to have breakfast at the hotel the next morning.
The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained. However, this is an expensive luxury hotel, and the overall experience does not justify the price when such basic hospitality expectations are not met."
