We stayed for six nights in the Deluxe Family Room.
The room was clean, and the lobby and reception staff were somewhat friendly. They did not smile much or speak in a particularly warm tone, but they were professional and did their jobs without making guests feel uncomfortable.
The amenities were good. There is a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, and an indoor sauna. The outdoor pool water temperature was about 19°C, even though the outdoor temperature was around 26°C, so it is likely not usable during the winter season. However, the indoor sauna facilities were available and well equipped, including both wet and dry saunas, a hot tub (39–40°C), and a cold tub (13–14°C). The sauna areas for men and women were separate.
One thing to note is that children under 16 are not allowed in the sauna area at all. We stayed with a 7 year old child, so my husband and I either had to take turns using the sauna or skip it, as taking turns every day took quite a bit of time.
We prepaid for breakfast, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The cleaning staff was very friendly, and the location was also very convenient, right next to a Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
