"Very nice stay. Lovely big comfy bed. Clean and spacious room with good facilities. Staff very friendly. Only comment was that when we asked how to get the rugby on the tv channel, they weren't able to help and said to go over to the pub, which we did and saw it there, but maybe something that could be checked."

"I was happy with the shops surrounded by the hotel which is great, but just with the rooms I would say it is clean but we need a good clean of the carpets or even replace. In our room we had the tiles in the bathroom has lifted so it would need a bit of maintenance done on the rooms. Your beds were a bit uncomfortable so probably need new beds. Thats my honest feedback, but other than that I will go back to The Halswell. Thank you"
