"Great for an overnight stay parking challenging and not available where we were advised to park! Bed great quiet environment the wand in the coffee milk machine hadn't been cleaned the shower has a lot of mould growing around the base! Location and directions were great "

"Perfect studio apartment for a single or couple wanting some time away! Due to being the furthest property from the road, it was also nice a quiet. A perfect place for a holiday without a car, as there is no car parking, but a minutes walk from a bus stop, and 10 minutes away from the CBD! I loved my stay!"

"We loved 10 Central Ave! Walking distance to Prebbleston shops and bars, and really close to our family just around the corner. On entering the property it is clean, heated and ready for our stay. The little (actually big) touches; complimentary snacks and drinks were a hit with us. The Games room was very popular, and when we were 'home' that's where we spent most of our time. We can wait for another occasion whereby we will need group accommodation - PLUX stays will be a priority. "

"This place was fantastic. Close to the centre of Christchurch (easy walking distance), very clean and well appointed. The communication with the owners/managers was brilliant. The only things that would have made it 100% perfect would have been an assigned car park inside the complex (but I was lucky to find parking on the street). And the WiFi signal could have been better. I would definitely go back there!"
