"The house was wonderful - clean, great location, dog friendly, and walkable to the beach. However, when we arrived there was absolutely no toilet paper and no bath towels. I requested them three different ways - two different phone numbers and via text - and was assured we'd received them. We didn't receive them during our stay. This was a major disappointment as everything else about the stay was stellar."

"We have stayed at Catch A Wave in the past, and once again, it did not disappoint. It’s super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. And even in the pouring rain, we enjoyed using the hot tub. What we really appreciated was that all of our communications with the host felt very personal. "It was great to be able to have my dog - and the supplies for his stay were a nice touch. But, as a new listing, it was clear that the house was not ready for guests. I wanted to watch the Seahawks game, and the TV was locked down -- even to use apps that I subscribe to. It took hours for a response, at which point I had given up.
