We loved our stay at this cabin! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was easy. A perfect getaway, we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful home in the mountains

Several girlfriends and I had a lovely stay. It was perfect for our group of 8 in the house. Nearly everyone has their own bed. The great room downstairs was perfect for eating together and all sitting on the sofa for chats. Will certainly consider this house again when in North Tahoe.

Most accurately described and most complete stocked vacation home in Lake Tahoe!!!

We are a group of 14-plus friends who like to spend time together at a single vacation home. We have stayed at quite a number of Lake Tahoe vacation home properties in the last few years. I have to say -- this "Ready Set Vaca" property is hands down the most accurately described in the listing, and is the only large vacation home that is completely stocked with everything you need! Ready Set Vaca's listed amenity of air conditioning is actually a well functioning central heating and cooling system (unlike a certain other vacation home listing that has air conditioning consisting of a single portable unit on coasters that are only suitable for a 300 square feet room). The closet next to the front door is filled, most appropriately, with all the beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and floaties that you need for a relaxing day on the sands. Open the pantry door to the right of the refrigerator and you will be greeted with all the salt, spices, and cooking condiments you possibly need to whip up a fine meal for a group of 14 hungry people! Who does that? Brad the host does!!! Will we be back? You bet your last dollar that we will!

Beautiful remodeled home

We stayed at Brad's home for a mother/daughter trip. There was 10 of us total and the house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. A quick drive to the lake and store made it even better. The girls enjoyed the hot tub while the moms sipped wine on the comfy couch. We had one issue with the electrical outlets not working in all of the bathrooms, but Brad was quick to get someone out to look at it. Unfortunately they didn't work again the next day, but we found ways to make getting ready work, even for 10 girls. All in all we loved the house and I would definitely stay there again. Brad was great to communicate with. Thanks for opening your beautiful home.

Great house, awesome location

I went with a group of 7 couples - friends from all around the country getting together and a lot of us our first time in Tahoe. This house was perfect for our group - everyone had their own beds and the common space/deck were great places to hang out, and couldn't beat the location (~5 min drive to Kings Beach, but also a quiet neighborhood good for short walks and hikes). Brad was an awesome host - super communicative, open to flexibility in check in and check out if it made sense, and provided a lot of great recommendations for things to do prior to our stay. Definitely recommend and hope to go back again!

Lovely home in Tahoe Vista

The house was perfect - cute, cozy, clean. Brad was an amazing host. Everything went smoothly and he checked in our first day to see if we had any questions or needs. Overall, great space for a few families/friends wanting to spend time together. Lots of beds and the mattresses are extremely comfortable! Would stay again and absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Great for family and friends getaway

We had a girls weekend at the Tahoe vista property and had a wonderful time. The oven wasn’t working which was a bummer however the owner did everything he could to get someone out to fix it. He was always in contact with me and wanted to make sure we had a great time. I will definitely book this property again.

Incredible spot!

Brad's place is perfect for a large group! The place is spacious, well decorated, and has a fully stocked kitchen and game area (shuffle board, board games, etc.). We also loved the location - it's 10-15 mins to North Star and 25-30 mins from Palisades, so it worked well for our group that had both Epic and Ikon ski passes. The couch is also super comfy. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Tahoe getaway

Close to Northstar, Palisades, grocery store, some food, rentals/board tunings and more. Tons of great amenities and easy to find but plenty private. Would definitely stay again

Worked well for our group. We had challenging snow conditions, power outs, but Brad a GREAT help.

Very pleasant house. Light, bright, and thankfully free of awful brown decor some snow homes have. Hot tub useable even when snow super deep. Well supplied with kitchen utensils, etc. Robes a very nice touch. A+ for the owner. This review is very annoying....I am being forced to comment on two things we did not experience...like check-in and contact with property manager. I am forced to give only 1 star but NOTE THAT THIS IS MEANINGLESS IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Holiday house review

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The house was easily accessible and it was really nice inside. I loved the updates. The beds were comfortable unlike some VRBOs I have stayed at! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked. All in all we had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughters bachelorette party with friends and family. Also Brad was very responsive to all my questions. Thanks again for that!

Family reunion

We had 15 in total staying for a family reunion. Check in process was extremely easy. Communication with property management was smooth and responded quickly. Plenty of space to enjoy meals and activities. Sufficient kitchen ware, utensils, towels, cleaning supplies etc. etc. extremely pleased with everything. The only issue we ran into which was minor, is that the bear bin was full and we had more garbage to put in. Luckily, I saw the garbage truck and ran down a few bags to allow to put more in. I would have liked to be closer to the lake, but location is good, neighborhood is good, quite. Lovey stay.

Super clean, great house

A group of 10 girls enjoyed this wonderful home for my sister’s bachelorette weekend...very spacious with plenty of beds and seating for all of us. Super clean house, new linens and towels, and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was great for lake access. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
