Great spot with easy access to the slopes
This cabin was set back in a great neighborhood with lake views. We enjoyed the proximity to Tahoe City for shops and yummy restaurants. It was a short 15 minute drive to Alpine Meadows for a few great ski sessions. We didn’t spend much time lounging in the cabin but enjoyed using the fireplace in the evening while winding down. The host was super responsive and everything in the home was easy to use. Overall a great trip

Great Stay with a view of the lake
The property is clean and well kept - just what you hope for in a VRBO listing. Close to Lake and Sunnyside restaurant, with a great view of the lake from the deck, the house works really well for our family. The warm living room, large kitchen and dining room, and separate sleeping areas allowed us to spread out and relax. Being at the end of a quiet street, with national forest land adjacent, is a nice plus. All the things you need for a nice stay were provided, including wood for the wood burning stove and starters. Communication with the owner was excellent and timely. Thanks Chinn for the excellent stay!

Fantastic location and Views
We had a fantastic stay during our ski holiday. Location was ideal, views of the lake from the whole house were amazing. Kitchen was well appointed, spacious and comfortable house. All is all everything was perfect. Only issue one should be aware of in the winter: the driveway is a steep, sloping circle. With ice, its practically impossible to drive down or out after it ices over. You are not allowed to park on the street in the winter. That was our only issue (once it snowed and the driveway iced over). Not sure how the owner can fix that but its an awareness issue: you definitely need 4WD or snow tires.

Amazing location and view
This cabin was so beautiful, the view of the lake was stunning. We were a very short drive to palisades resort and the host let us change the dates of our stay to accommodate our group of friends. Had an amazing time and would definitely stay again. The house was also equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals.

A great view of Lake Tahoe from the spacious deck. End cabin so very private. Clean, comfortable, and everything worked like it was supposed to. Check in and out steps were simple. Easy walk to William Kent public beach.

Woodland Place
Wonderful property! View was spectacular . Bedrooms were comfortable and loved the open concept. Deck was wonderful to relax after beach and exploring. Some things like garbage bags, TP and paper towels could have been better stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Can’t wait to go back.

This home was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our time at this cute this home. It was clean and well kept and easy to get everywhere. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating to work with us to get in earlier since we arrived sooner than expected on our arrival day.

This property is truly a special one - the West Shore location is perfect for biking & hiking & walking to Tahoe City. The deck is a perfect place to gather for coffee or afternoon corn hole, or just relaxing with a book. We will come again . . .

Overall good.
Overall good, bigger on the inside than pictures made it seem. Only issue I had was driveway. When it’s snowy/icy the driveway is too steep and you have to park in the driveway. Heated driveway needed.

Great location
The house had a great lake view and was next to forest land which made for great sledding and views. It is an easy walk to the beach. The main living room and kitchen are open to each other and the game cupboard is very well stocked. The owner is super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a great visit the week after Christmas. We hope to come back soon!

This is a home away from home. The owner is very kind and thoughtful. We felt welcome and cared for. We could see God's amazing creation through the huge windows or out on the deck. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing view!
We loved our 10 day stay at Sunnyside. Chinh was a gracious host and very responsive to our emails and questions. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was our honeymoon so we only used the one bed in the master but honestly, I rested better in that bed than my own. Think I'll be switching to a memory foam mattress now! The deck was large and has a beautiful view of the lake. My favorite thing - the extra vanity in the master bath. Such a luxury to be able to spread out my girl stuff and not take over the main sink area. The shower and water pressure were great, too. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and it was an easy walk to the lake, a country store (get a mixed berry muffin!) and the Firesign Cafe which we wholeheartedly recommend. Excellent service and excellent food. Chinh left us plenty of firewood and we took advantage of the fireplace w/ wood stove insert every day. I would 100% recommend Sunnyside and North/West Tahoe over anything in South. Oh, try the Rumrunner Cruise. Best rum runners on the Lake.

Serenity With a View
Everything was perfect. It exceeded our expectations! The house had Everything you could possibly need to make it feel like home. From cooking utensils to cozy couch blankets and pillows. The deck was awesome and the view from the living room and bedrooms were gorgeous. We planned on going to a few restaurants that I had scouted out prior to our visit, but once we opened the front door, we decided to cook our meals and eat in the privacy and beauty of the home. I loved the fact that the location was set at the end of the road in the tall trees of the woods, but only minutes from the cute little town of Tahoe City. It felt very private and safe. If you love nature, this is the perfect getaway. The communication with the property manager was clear and quick. My questions were answered promptly and the directions were clear. We will definitely come back.

Short get away with family.
This place is really great. From the large open living room to spacious deck overlooking the lake, everyone really enjoyed the few days of relaxation. Beds are memory foam which I typically do not enjoy but slept very well each night. Perfect for folks with disabilities as we needed wheel chair access and it was perfect. Bathrooms are very clean and updated. Our 9 year old LOVED the game cabinet. :) Will absolutely be back, thanks.

Great but smokey
Unfortunately there was a fire which caused smoke to cover most of our surroundings. Ash fell from sky. The property was nice we would use it again. Location was great. Close to Olympic Village and an easy drive to get to the South side of the lake.

Our Home Away from Home
After our first couple of stays we honestly stopped looking at any other places on the west shore. This feels like home to us and our family has made many wonderful memories here. Wonderful cabin in Tahoe
We were lucky to spend a month in this comfy cabin. The view is stunning (the pictures don’t do it justice) and the deck was an amazing spot to hang out and relax. Wonderful rental overlooking Lake Tahoe and mountains. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and nicely remodeled bathrooms and showers. Large deck overlooking lake with comfortable chairs and lots of sun/shade to enjoy. Highly recommend for family enjoyment.

Lovely cabin within walking distance of Lake Tahoe and 10-15 min drive from Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Palisades Tahoe ski resorts. Comfortable for families and couples with 3 BR, 2 baths. Great kitchen, living/fireplace area, and wrap around porch with lake views. Responsive owner.

The lake view from the home is beautiful! The home is situated in a great neighborhood and the last one on the street / court. Our kids had lots of space to explore outside. This is a good house for families.Cinch was easy to communicate with, responsive, and kind.

Gorgeous lake views, beautiful property
My family of 5 and my mom stayed here in February. The check in process was easy, and the owner replied to a question I had about the amount of snow at the property within minutes. My children, ages 1, 7, and 8 loved the house, playing on the deck, and exploring the vast back yard and open space. We were able to create a sled run for the kids, and have movies by the fire every night. We brought our Roku to be able to access Netflix, which I would recommend if you want anything beyond cable tv. We also went out and bought a blue tooth speaker cause there wasn’t any way to listen to any music so I’d recommend that too if you want music (it’s a must for us). The house layout worked wonderfully for us with plenty of space for our family, and we loved the open space concept of the kitchen into the living room. We all felt together and it was easy to keep an eye on the 1 year old. We visited soda springs for some snow play and snowboarding lessons for my older son. It was only a 35 min drive which was convenient, and had dinner at Garwoods which was about 15 min away. There’s also a few delicious bakeries/breakfast places about 10 min away. We got a birthday cake for my son from sugar pine bakery and it was incredible. I imagine this property to be spectacular in the summer as well with bike trails right in the neighborhood. We will definitely return!

Great View
Great place to stay if you are looking for a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe with pretty short drives to Tahoe Palisades and Alpine Meadows. Plenty of room to sleep 6 adults and well stocked with your standard supplies. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable cabin to stay in while skiing/riding the Tahoe area.

Tahoe City cabin stay
We had a wonderful trip at this property. It was SO close to the town and beach, a few minute drive only. The cabin was full stocked with all the kitchen wares and utensils. Plenty of wood for the fire as well. Communication with the owner was so fast and simple and every single question I had was addressed. Would definitely reccomend for some fun family memories in Tahoe City. We will be back! Thanks Chinh!

More than we bargained for!
We were looking forward to Christmas in Tahoe with kids and grandkids. Unfortunately, we had the storm of the century during our stay. The house is at the top of a hill and snowplows couldn't keep up with the snow, so we were stranded for awhile. But the host was terrific, concerned and so helpful. In the end, we all chalked it up to Mother Nature. It is a wonderful location, beautiful views and well supplied. I highly recommend it.
