Appreciated all the bedrooms and especially all the bathrooms! Everything was clean and ready for us to have a comfortable time. The WiFi was strong as well as the hot water and water pressure! Only recommendation would be different pillow options, most of us wished we had more comfortable pillows. Great central location, we were on our annual mountain bike vacation and were able to ride from the house two days to some fun trails.

Holiday Family Fun

We had a great time with our family this past Christmas holiday. The size of the "hang out" room and the openess of the kitchen and the beautiful views out all of the windows made it a real win for us. Proximity to cute Tahoe City was also a plus!

Fantastic Tahoe Cabin for our Family Gathering

This cabin has everything....location is excellent, patio views are gorgeous, kitchen is extremely well stocked, spacious bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, very cleanm, large living room for family gathering, huge kitchen table for meals and games, owner is extremely responsive. We stay in lots of VRBOs....this one is Five Stars all the way around!

Not the best

We arrived and the garage was open, the house wasn’t that clean, things were a mess in the drawers. Sheets were stained, one room had a bra still in the room from the previous renters. The toilets didn’t flush unless you held down for 15 seconds, the water temperature changed constantly when showering in multiple showers. There were no beach chairs or beach towels. Multiple outlets didn’t work. Not enough seating for the deck outside for our entire group. Mismatched furniture that was filthy. For the amount spent on this rental we excepted much more than we got.

Beware the Management company.

Upon arrival, bedsheets were wrong, one bedside lamp simply did not work, and the TV was unworkable with no explanation of how to work it. Mgt did come out to show us the TV and the thermostat operation (could have had directions in the welcome book) and explained that the wrong sheets on the master bed had been an ongoing problem??? We finally found King sheets in a laundry room closet and Mgt. did send someone to put them on. The paper products (toilet/paper towels) were vastly insufficient for a two week stay, and several lightbulbs were out when we arrived. It happened to be hot and the two (inexpensive) box fans provided, as well as the MBR ceiling fan were so noisy as to not be useable. Finally, the area internet / TV service failed on Monday AM, and while most of the area had it restored by Monday PM, ours was never attended to for four days. We finally found out the house was sold and escrow was closing Friday, our final day, and O'Neal Management had not even called anyone to restore it. We were lied to about this for four days when a simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way. We will investigate the management company before booking in the future. We don't blame VRBO except that periodic review of the management company might be valuable.

Great place!

The home is perfect for a family - a lovely great room/living room, with ample space, and a huge deck. The pictures on the listing don't show how great the views are! Saw some posts about wifi not working, but it worked just fine for us. Lovely community setting, and close to town. A great place!

Great house and location

This house is very spacious, with a great view and a location that worked well for our stay. There were some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed but did not really take away from our experience. WiFi is quite slow so don't rely on it for your plans.

Disappointed

The only good thing about this property it a good Location, in the rest we did not have the best experience, very old house with old supplies, dirty floors, dirty walls .We did not used the plates cups or forks so old and Cracked so obviously there was more garbage left than the property Management expect, they keept 220$ from deposit, I did not recommend this place

Great location with beautiful lake view

The house was perfectly located with views of the lake from most rooms. The location is great and house is nicely furnished. It has plenty of room for our party of 8. Although it is a bit dated, it’s fully loaded with almost everything you needed for a short stay. Communication was through messaging only. Checkin and check out was straightforward. Response from the management during our stay was timely. We did have some issue with getting deposit back but it was since resolved. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will go back next time.

Beautiful Home and Location

Lots of room for larger groups. The area and view are gorgeous. Management was great, we ran out of propane and they brought replacements right away. It was close to town and great beaches. We would stay here again!

Had a great time. Need better internet

We had a great time at the property. Interior is a bit dated, but the house is well stocked, and the location and views are pretty wonderful. As others pointed out, HOA charges for access to the beach, and a few of the days are off limits (Fri & Sat) My main suggestion for the owners/operators is to consider upgrading the network connection. The "internet", was 10kbps (yes, kilobits per second), with a gigantic latency, so no Netflix, no Disney+, no VPN to work. I know we should be relaxing at our vacation, but sadly these days companies expect you to be at least partially dialed in at all times. Mobile hotspot was somewhat successful, but even then the connectivity was spotty at best.
