✔ Parking available for a fee – ₱350 per night, multiple entry, located on the covered ground floor of the condo

𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡/𝗢𝗨𝗧
✔ Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 8 PM. Check-out time is at 12 noon.
✔ For Check-in and check-out, guests will be assisted by the caretaker of the unit

EARLY CHECKIN and LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS:
Early check-in and late check-out are by request only and subject to availability.
Please let us know if you would like to request this. Kindly remind us the night before your stay so we can confirm the availability.
Early checkin/late checkout fee: ₱250 per hour (max 4 hours only)

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:
✱ STRICTLY 8 guests MAXIMUM (including 2yo +) per condo policy.
✱ Pets are NOT allowed per condo policy.
✱ NO SMOKING/VAPING. Smoke sensors are sensitive.
✱ Kindly open the exhaust fan when cooking and avoid cooking foods that can trigger lots of smoke since smoke sensors are sensitive
✱ NO LOUD PARTY/MUSIC
✱ A PENALTY OF ₱1,000 FOR EACH VIOLATION.
✱ An additional ₱500 per guest applies for more than 5 guests. Please book with the correct number of guests, as the total rate is automatically calculated based on your selected guest count.
✱ The condo is conveniently located along Tagaytay–Nasugbu Highway. As with most properties in the area, occasional traffic noise may be heard. Guests who are sensitive to noise may want to consider this before booking.
