This is not a home, so expect to provide your own basics, like salt & pepper, coffee filters, chopping knives, shower curtains, screwdriver for making repairs. Based on other reviews I was apprehensive about noise and parking. At all hours, we found nearby parking with no stress, and it's not an especially noisy community, nor did noise from neighbors especially stand out. Every person we encountered was polite and minded their own business. Lots of dog walkers. The host is another story entirely. It's like being hosted by Al. We returned late our last night night to find the power was out only in our unit. The refrigerator food warm. Absolutely no recourse or compensation was forthcoming when I finally got the ear of the host in the morning--the power mysteriously back on. With check-out and a long trip the next day this hiccup added a ton of unnecessary stress to my day. And reverberated throughout my weekend. I would definitely think twice about renting a property with StayNue a second time.
