There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. "I traveled with my husband and 2 year old. I am romanian so for me it was going back home. The hotel was lovely. All staff was very polite, friendly and eager to help out with any issues.
We found the pool area very nice and cozy for youngsters. There is a playground area adjacent to a shallow pool. There is a pool for adults too which we enjoyed very much. The bar prices for drinks are pretty steep. But then overall, traveling back to a childhood memory was very steep.
