The room was trashed with leftover garbage from your stay which our HK Team took care of. We appreciate your insight and wish you Best Travels and Good Luck.

We are glad you found your stay to be excellent while you were with us. As you and many of our guests comment, the location can't be beaten. We are often told that being so close to the NYS Thruway, I81 Interstate and the Syracuse downtown area are reasons many of our guests stay with us. Thank you for your recent stay. lol As being a local resident of Syracuse lol you refused to provide the Hotel the Incidentals for your reservation. There are (110) Hotels in Syracuse that maybe you should consider, this Hotel will not accept future reservations. Best Travels and Good Luck.....
